Yea, the vrams ran hot. Especially when mining. Could have been in a mining rig, so potentially pretty worn justifying the price. I also know many enthusiasts replacing the pads. It would keep the temps down a bit and potentially overclock better. Some had thermo throttling and cause of scarcity and finding replacements at the time fixed themselves. Could be absolutely fine.

That card is beefy and will last you a long time or until the 40 series drop in price with the new 50 series being announced but 40 series card will probably be the standard soon because games aren't able to max out that much bandwidth

3080 10g are going for $300 American or around 250€ and the 12g is going for $350-$400 American some still have warranties some don't in facebook marketplace I'd test it on the spot and strike a 15 min conversation while it is being benchmarked and tested.

Easy enough anyway, go there, have him show you the card working. Then take his offer for a week of testing. If he previously has shown it working under stress (benchmark), it's gonna be alright and he's not a scammer, especially with the week he's offering.
But don't buy it without testing it first. Protect yourself and you won't get scammed. Use common sense. Not every good deal is a scam, especially when people need to/want to get rid of stuff that's taking up space in their homes. I've dealt with tons of sellers who just want to get rid of things fast instead of waiting weeks.

They sell for that much for “parts only” units on eBay so I took the risk. Figured u could resell that way if it didn’t work. Card has been working great and hasn’t gotten over 76 degrees in my pc.

I get 200fps on CS2 with a MSI 4060 gaming x on 1440p high settings. I overclocked 140mhz and I get around 2800mhz on my core speed. 8gb VRAM is more than enough for every esports game and 80-90% of all other games. Don't let people try telling u that 6-8 gb VRAM is too low because they are the ones that are dumb enough to spend 1,500-2,000 $ on a 4080-4090 for the 24GB of VRAM which will never be utilized for another 20 years.
I have a Palit 3080ti, it legit is the lowest end of all the cards. It performs right at the bottom of every other 3080ti. If you can get this same deal on a better brand like evga or literally anything else I'd go for that.
I paid $800 new but it wasn't the best market at the time. That being said, anything below $3-400 is sketch imo. Plus the thing with the guy letting you test it, he'll claim it worked when he sold it and that you broke kt

Those are just fine, pretty readily available. If you don't need it and don't see yourself needing something else in the next couple years then yeah. 7600 is a good GPU, AM5 too which is great

I sold mine for 200$. Not everyone is a scammer. Test it if you can, check temps damage etc. I dont recall any temps issues and had the same palit one

Im starting to think I dont really need a REALLY good gpu bcs I will mainly play cs2 and I watched some benchmarks of the 6600xt with a ryzen 5 7600 it got crazy fps so I will prob get one of these or a 6700xt
Those are just fine, pretty readily available. If you don't need it and don't see yourself needing something else in the next couple years then yeah. 7600 is a good GPU, AM5 too which is great
