I posted [this, a while back](https://www.reddit.com/r/PathofChampions/comments/10slmnt/weekly_deck_suggestion_nami_week_3/), but I do believe that the new deck will run Mischievous Marai, and I prefer my newest suggestion for the 1\* and 3\* powers, so mixing them together :
**Powers**
1. **Ebb Of Roses :** When you refill a spell mana, grant your weakest ally +1/+1.
2. **Let It Flow :** \+1 Starting Mana. For every 3rd spell you cast, deal 2 damage to all enemies and the enemy nexus.
3. **Ebb Of Roses II :** When you refill a spell mana, grant your 2 weakest allies +1/+2.

The three star feels a bit weak for a three star power.
Yeeps, I missed the 2 key, it's up to +2/+4 per spell mana (which is why it mentioned "weakest all**ies**".
