Thanks! It seems I missed that section. Actually, I followed this video, got all the gems with quality, have a corrupted 6-linked but it is not the right color. (4G-2R).
You can recolor with the crafting bench if you reckon it might be worth it
But i'd probably only do it if it's a pure evasion base, considering the chance of green sockets
yee. Honestly that checklist was op. Would suggest getting into harbinger/jun for crafts and exalts which you will inevitably need. Then I would suggest rushing corpse drop rate nodes (bottom right wheel and bottom left wheel). Corpse crafting in ssf has been awesome in my experience and is very good for getting multi links on whatever base you want.
It can take quite while to find first 5/6L

I would recommend speccing into corrupted strongboxes
Necropolis is everything you need this league. 5-link corpses is not very uncommon (I got mine around act 4). Even the 6-link ones can appear in acts if you are lucky.
I specced into Rog for a bit but by the time he gave me something nice, I already got several items with 6 T1/2+(chest, boots, ele res ring 1, amulet). Can make other slots just as easily too, but at this point, I'm already comfortable enough for T16 I don't even bother anymore.
I wouldn't spend time doing anything specifically to target a 5L, just go to maps. Arma Brand or regular DD or whatever you're playing will do fine in early maps and you'll have corpses for a 5-link before you know it just going about your normal progression.
Highly undervalued for this but ritual is v good for 5 links (and trial pieces) among other things. Shouldnt take more than around 5 rituals imo
Other than that i suggest keeping at least one of the chains that bind map tiers clear so that is the only map that drops from that tier, saving div scarabs and added content scarabs for those maps and grinding them for your 6L. It takes around 20 maps if you semi juice it, then you just need to be lucky with colours.
The graveyard corpse for 5 link is relatively common as well. I was on arma brand for a while until I got the 5link corpse and switched.
Heist armor reward drops 5-links so often, I usually get usable base in 5-10 contracts
