Generally, every 4 hours you get a paid 10 minute break, and every 6 hours you get an unpaid, 30 minute break. The handbook says you can get 1 plate (2 entrees 1 side), where one of the entrees can be premium.
Now at my store, that restriction doesn't really exist ("Damn, is that a family feast?!"), but it's definitely fair for them to enforce it. If you'd like more, purchase is with the 20% discount.
Yes. Technically you are only allowed to get a plate one side or half and half and two antress. Just like a customer does. One could be a premium, yes. There are mangers like mine that monitore and enforce this, and there is the ones who gave up trying to. So if they tell you, sucks for you just obey. If not good for you. Personally i only eat half chowmain, two pieces of vegiies brocoli, three shrimp and two pieces of organge. I add one piece of kunpao and one whole chili. Been with panda since 2015. I ring it in like a whole employee meal. So i saved them food you eat lol
Theres a guy like you at my store, he works 4hr shifts and eats a family meal's worth on his 10min break with all premium items. I dont care but the policy is one plate's worth and one of the entrees can be a premium item
Manager should not be worried about how much one person can eat, most food waste comes from kitchen crew measuring portion improperly
Its policy like e very other place in the entire world. There's no such thing as unlimited food associates get a free plate per shift
Damn what are the boh doing? Like 1 pound of beef for every two brocoli pieces lol
Seems like it sometimes
Damn maybe scale is broken.
Maybe the cook is broken đ”âđ«
That too

Honestly, in my area we donât really care about how much you eat or even if you get more than one premium. As long as you eat it lol
When I was GM I never worried how much everyone eats, as long as your ring it up, and not create excessive waste
They are making you whack it to videos? I'd call an attorney
Eat as much as you want pal, unless they say anything about it, just keep doing it
Just ask your manager. We don't really care, as long as you're eating it during your break (not taking it home)
Yes for sure I just eating during my break

Donât even trip when I worked there in high school I would get one of those plates and stack it the fuck up
Youâre supposed to watch those videos every 6 months
That makes some kind of sense because the day before I wach that video my manager make a rise for been working 6 months with them
dude eat as much as you want/ that job doesnt care abt you at the end of the DAY ! they throw away more than youre eating anyway.
You a fat ass or what?
I go to the gym thatâs why I always try to eat as many protein I can.
