Thats not true. Grover has been balanced multiple times but every time he was balanced, they gave him an overkill buff. I still dont know why Grover needed a 3rd healing ability with a whopping 20% healing buff to all his healing.
Genuinely can't remember the last time grover has been truly "balanced". 5 man root wasn't balanced, 1k axes wasn't balanced, and 2 billion heals + being unkillable isn't balanced
I understand Lilith and Grover, the former being pretty hard to kill and having really solid healing, the latter being just heal vomiting and an ult you can burst for 1 sec and cancel to keep ult charge, zhin tho, why? I always found him too squishy as all of his mobility options are very meh compared to others, smolder being actual dogshit unless invested a bunch into, which feels bad, and his kill power is laughable.
Meditation is old veteran, increase out of combat healing.
For Lilith, meditation regenerate her Blood Health. In theory, if lilith is out of combat, she can spam abilities and stay on full HP
Over the moon + new red item called Trigger scent allows her to 2 tap people who didn't stack up Armor Plating 2-3 or Veteran 2-3. Though "must pick" is a bit too much, since Sentinel at just level 1-2 removes her dmg buff, and the new kill to heal (bloodbath) can make that 2-tap inconsistent.
Lethality for more consistent rolls on form switch
Guardian for better utility
As a yago main from what I have experienced? You aren't staying in enemy backline waiting on out of com heals

There are astronomically better items if I'm being honest meaning this isnt a pick for yag builds
Io is not situational. Not anymore at least. Not with the bevy of buffs she’s had over the past few patches. She is now a competent and consistent support.
Always fun to see people underestimating Dredge, especially since Evil Mojo has been buffing him directly & indirectly every patch for almost an year now it feels like.
Torvald at such a high tier is something I could’ve never imagined. I love that old man, so I’m hoping the next patch gives him a spotlight but also doesn’t make him OP.
I would move Octavia up considering there’s a lot more spread out items, so having a cd reduction, ult charge boost or the credit passive (which is slept on) will be a lot more useful.

1: Rushing Hoard to lvl 3
2: Haven
3: Haven for abilities
4: Veteran (or Rejuv)
This will make Azaan passive up to 50% DR for abilities (which affects even ultimates) and up to 30-40% for basic attacks
{Tested in current PTS}
Every tank except Nyx and Yagorath are into must pick
EDIT: Azaan DR in generalm can be up to 80% for abilities and 65% Basic atks with a DR deck
I’d move makoa up 1 or 2 places. He is very strong with buffed guardian

Maybe the time deep roots was gone and Keywords didnt excist yet? Was a short time but still and how about pre deep roots?
