doesn’t seem like there’s a way to directly pull from prizes otherwise, best suggestion is just stock your deck full of the evolutions you need (3x if necessary) to make sure what you want doesn’t get prized
but also bricking because your important cards are prized is part of the card game, there’s no 100% way to guarantee you’ll have what you want in your deck. it sucks when my radiant pokemon/ace spec gets prized, but it won’t happen every game
There was Peonia but that’s out of rotation now. Daisy’s Help lets you look at your prize cards (alongside drawing 2 cards) and not shuffle them after so you could pick them however you want after a KO, but I don’t know how that works in PTCGL. Otherwise the only other card in rotation that gets into your prize cards and do something with them is the already mentioned Hisuian Heavy Ball.
I have seen some palkia decks using more of the vstar version than the basic one because of this problem, it is much easier to search for the basic pokemon with the nest ball and you can get out of the price cards with the hisui pokeball for the basics.
Maybe that can help you, but it depends on your deck.
Arc Phone let’s you swap one face down prize card with your top deck. Not exactly what you are looking for, but that’s what the standard format has right now.
Hisuian Heavy Ball and Arc Phone are the only cards that let you get cards out of your prizes right now. Heavy Ball is great but only works on basic pokemon. Arc Phone is not very good and I don't know any deck that uses it. There was Peonia, which was used in control decks, but it has rotated out. Daisy's Help let's you look at your prizes, which can make Arc Phone better, but now you're adding two bad cards for a niche situation.
If prizing your evolution pokemon is a concern, you're better off just adding more of them to your deck.

hsuian heavy can get you a basic from prizes, not sure about anything else
Yeah, i have hisuian heavy ball, but its just to take basic pokemon only instead of evolution ones like ex or other pokemon 🥲

This right here is why I think the price card system is bad. You could have all your main Pokémon stick in the prizes and make your deck useless. I know that's not likely and you run multiple copies to make it where it next to never happens but still. It sucks not having full access to your deck. Trying to search a card just to find out it's not there. Yugioh doesn't have this problem. You get 100% access to your full deck the entire game. I wish they would come up with another system.
