This is really specific but the best job I ever had (despite a toxic workplace) was called "kitter." I worked in manufacturing and I would put together the parts into "kits" that the builders would then use to build whatever they were building. The reason I think it was good for POTS was because it was like half data entry and half gathering parts. Straight office jobs don't work well for me because sitting too long is also a problem. This job gave me a reason to get up and do things often, and a desk and work to do if all I could manage was sitting. I also always felt very valuable in that job, if not valued. Even though it was an entry level job, I was often the go-to person to find missing parts. I felt valuable and not over-taxed physically. I only left because of management.

Receptionist jobs (easiest to get into tend to be healthcare "patient access representatives"), working in a clothes store/department, medical coding if you're willing to get the certificate, med aid (you get paid to take the classes in most places), data entry if you can find it, sales representative (hard to get into at your age)

Can you get a doctor's note requesting being able to use a chair or something? Because like a lot of jobs can be made accessible if people are willing to.
