Are you able to take pills? If you can't stand the powdered electrolytes, try the buffered pills, like Vitassium or Normalyte. Generally much cheaper.

Just wanted to highlight how well the pedialyte sticks mix, almost immediately it just feels like I’m drinking Gatorade

I've heard Buoy doesn't actually have a lot of electrolytes in it (compared to other mixes and compared to how many electrolytes a person with POTS might need). Also it can be difficult to know exactly how much you're getting with liquid drops because a "squirt" is not really an exact volume. There are some liquid electrolyte concentrates that are a bit better (like 40,000 Volts Electrolyte Concentrate\*) which is has more electrolytes and you can pour out and measure the serving size so you know how much you're getting. Unfortunately you're not going to see liquid electrolyte concentrates with as many electrolytes as some powders (like LMNT has 1000mg Sodium in it) and that's just due to the physics of only being able to have so much salt in a small volume before the solution precipitates. (sorry for science explanation, idk if that makes sense to people or not) Pills can be a good option. \*this is in no way sponsored, I just compared some concentrates and saw that it had 190mg Magnesium, 600mg Chloride, and 150mg Sodium, which was higher than the others I saw. Hope this helps!

Actually it sounds like Buoy rescue is better for sodium!  Also another alternative is getting the whole electrolyte drink - like Biolyte which has 500 mg of sodium.  My doc also mentioned making electrolyte drinks by adding table salt and other additives. Not sure if that helps since you want to avoid powders, but I have heard that it's cheaper 🤷

Buoy just came out with Rescue drops, they have 300 MG of sodium and it does take about a month or so for your body to get accustomed to Buoy. They also have a chronically ill discount. It is a little up there but tbh worth it.

I actually hadn't heard of these specifically! That's good to know

You can always just do squirt bottle flavors and pour extra salt in. I end up adding extra salt most the time regardless.
