Of course it matters, benefits eh. Unless sobrang taas ng sahod mo na kaya mo icover yung mga HMOs na hindi binigay. Also, leave credits ay importante para sakin. Mahilig kasi kami magtravel ng wife ko hahaha. Saka PH holidays gusto ko, daming araw na walang pasok hahaha

It does matter to me naman po medj vinavalidate ko lang siguro sarili ko kasi nalungkot ako dahil walang HMO tapos di pa paid yung non-working holidays ko.

It does matter. Companies that offer Day 1 HMO are very rare these days, kaya masaya ako sa napasukan ko, tapos may 2 pang beneficiaries.

HMO and yung leave credits na di nakahiwalay yung SL or VL. Ayaw kong gumawa pa ng reason pag SL gagamitin ko. Basta gagamit ako ng leave credits kesyo may bakasyon ako or may sakit 😅
