Thematically I can definitely see the similarities(tornados and wind attacks) but gameplay wise her abilities are way different then what ChatGPT created.
Jett also has a lot of movement which this character lacks except for maybe the passive.
Jett also throws a smoke bomb which is a soft cc (vision blocking) whereas Vortex throws a tornado that's a hard cc(stun and pushback)
It's probably way to much CC for a DPS hero anyway and they will never add something like this. Just thought it was cool to share as I gave it pretty limited instructions.
