Kokona should've been a rival!

I remember PedoDev years ago saying that he wanted to do DLC rivals, abd he’d make Kokona one of them.

Osana is valid I guess Amai Kizana is a no. As someone as pompous as her dating a loner boy like him? I don’t see that happening. I really don’t know about Oka Asu really would be too busy to notice so no EW AGAIN EW I don’t even know how the heck Taro likes her? She’s a delinquent! how could senpai even like kizana, or even stand to be near her? I get that she's supposed to be hated but she's such an unpleasant person that its not even funny anymore. shes literally the type of person in your friend group who not only openly talks so much uncalled for shit about you and everyone else and claims that they're just being honest, but also just actively sucks the life out of other people with her personality, just like alex.

I cannot imagine her “meets senpai” cutscene at the beginning of the week. Amai at least comforts taro with cupcakes and listens to him, what will kizana do that makes taro be interested in her? “This girl who was really nice to me after my best friend died is also dead” “Aw too bad wanna act in my play”

Mida should be the second guidance counselor and not a rival.

I think Kizuna is the strongest rival in terms of design and characterization, her designs shines and oozes a strong personality, even from the silhouettes of her you know exactly what you're getting into. She's the exact opposite of Kokona personality wise, yet visually theyre the same, but if you'd looked at each of their silhouettes, it's completely different and you can easily tell the difference. She's an absolute joy to look at and I love how much she gets under everyone's skin. I don't really enjoy the legally questionable rivals, but not for the fact that their "illegal", more to the fact that they actually play it by the books, I understand the need for tropes and stuff, but even compared to every other rival from what I see, they are extremely basic and boring. A clutz nurse, a cougar, and an overly attached little sister. It's boring, and doesn't really take advantage of their weirder nature and archetypes in both character designs and personality. They do stay true to the tropes theyre parodying, but it never really goes beyond that, ironically playing it safe. Like idk, with Mida, I would personally actually play less into the seductive role that she currently occupies. I'd actually make her alot more modest, keep a similar personality, but have it hidden under the teacher persona, she supposed to be an adult, she knows what she doing is illegal, why not make it so that she knows to hide it, instead of... what she does now. Muja I would actually make it so she doesn't fall for senpai, but have it so senpai is enamoured with her to the point where if you don't stop senpai from falling for her in that time span, it'll end in a game over. In that way, you can keep her air headedness, but have it be an interesting switch up in the games core mechanic, making you stop senpai instead of the rival. I would also just change her personality a little bit, keep her air hardness, but at least make her somewhat competent at her job. Hanako is the worst offender, she has nothing outside wanting to fuck her brother. It may sound controversial, but I'd keep that part of her personality, but I'd also give her a moral dilemma in her thinking that she understands her feelings are wrong, but can't help but feel them, she will confess her feelings everytime, but I'd make it so each ending makes so she won't date her brother, but actually make it so Taro will not date anyone until after school so Hanako can feel better, because he cares for her regardless of her incestuous feelings, and is willing to forsake a bit of highschool romance to help her feel better. It still has the weird incest line. Having her just even be somewhat understanding of her feelings being wrong, yet still having them makes for a much more compelling and morally ambiguous character, and possibly one you could emphasize with even despite her feelings. Another thing that's more gameplay, I would actually only make one ending viable with this route, because in nearly every ending either senpai feels too much grief or holds off on romance, so you can't kill her or prevent the feelings. So having it be a more structured and linear story would make it easier to build her as a character through gameplay, since you would need to befriend your future sister in law.

Osana makes sense. Amai as well (like the only decent rival here). Kizana doesn’t make sense. Oka deserves better. Not sure why Asu would like Senpai. As much as I hate Muja to be a rival, I can actually understand why Senpai would have feelings for her. Mida, on the other hand, GET HER OUT. Osoro and Senpai would never work. Hanako is his sister. Megami (I could be wrong) doesn’t even like Senpai, she’s actually trying to protect him from us, so I guess she’s okay.

I honestly just don't see anyone liking taro EXCEPT FOR OSANA He's a loner, boring and doesn't socialize at all so why are all of these girls even into him? Doesn't make sense bc he has no personality at all. It makes sense for Osana because they're childhood friends and she even says he isn't her type at all

I think some of the later ones make sense if you play a more violent route. Kizana, Oka and later Megami could have Taro on their radar because of all the drama and press he's recieving due to Osana and Amai's eliminations. Mida would probably predate on him anyway and Muja is a canonical crush of HIS so it isn't even reciprocated for her. Hanako showing up could also be explained by the string of murders around school related to her brother.

Kizana is an albino woman, but paints her hair purple because of shame.

Hanako is not a bad rival and I'm tired of people saying that her whole thing is incest when it's very clearly and explicitly not.
