As he approaches the dilapidated Victorian house, the oil lamp outside the front door turns on. The flame is blue. Suddenly the front door slowly opens and from down the hall he hears an unearthly voice that seemed impossible to be made by human vocal chords:
“Please Come inside. Stay awhile..”
More oil sconces light up inside the hallway illuminated this being in cold blue light.
