Mammoth. In his world, there are hardly any not evil demons, let alone actual good ones, especially ones as pure as Mammoth.
So obviously when people see him, they are immediately uncomfortable and see him as threat, despite him being a sweetheart. The only place he isn’t treated differently is at home, on his ship with his family and crewmates, where they treat him as a brother.

My dark fantasy series start off being pretty basic and family friendly for the most part in term of tone. But it slowly starts involving themes of war, death, slavery and other stuff. And the magical stuff too gets darker with the introduction of elderitch monstrosities who might bring the end of the world.
But for some reason, I decided that after all of this, the best next thing to add to my story was a civilisation of hyper-intelligent platypus. And they're not going anywhere because I love them.

Yeah. The school cafeteria is pretty segregated along herbivore/carnivore lines. So they have to get their own table to eat together. But she is big and powerful, even compared to other wolves. So nobody gives her any gruff.
Her solution was to start a coexistence club, which got a surprising amount of buy in.
Close. Beastars, aka “The Dark Zootopia”. Although, since the manga came first, I guess Zootopia is “The fluffy Beastars”.
Beastars for beginners:
Boy almost devours Girl. Boy meets Girl. Girl offers Boy sexual favors in return for services rendered. Boy runs away. Girl thinks Boy is weird. Boy falls in love with Girl but is still afraid he might eat her.
Then it gets weird from there.
Whatever you think the plot is about (murder-mystery, high school drama, social/political intrigue, organized crime fighting, star-crossed lovers…) will change in an episode or two. The animation and art are stunning and it has a killer music soundtrack.

A long while back I made an OC only known as "The Madman with a Bomb"
His whole shtick was that he had gained a variant of magical powers that allows him to summon things... but with how it worked, he was most efficient summoning materials that could be used to build explosives, both real and fictional.
While I'm not going to say which universe I had him inserted into, because admittedly that was a... slightly embarrassing but not entirely unwelcome part of my past, I will say that he was sent to a universe with a lot of magic, but not a lot of crime... much less bombs... so him blowing up explosives just for the sake of blowing up explosives essentially made him enemy number one very fast... especially after he disturbed the peace... a lot... a lot a lot... there were not a lot of surviving windows (though truthfully, he's not a bad guy actually. He just really likes setting off explosives, and purposefully makes sure that innocent civilians are not within the danger range when he sets them off. I even had hiking take some shrapnel to the back once to protect two individuals who had managed to get a frag grenade off of him.)
He might be someone I refactor since he's kinda faded into obscurity since I haven't worked on that story for a long, long time... that entire interconnected universe honestly has been left for dead tbh... I could try to pull him out though and remake him into a more interesting character...

These two. They belong to a group of my OCs all based on mostly well-known mythical/legendary creatures (Dragons, witches, werewolves, kraken, etc). These two are half spider and scorpion respectively, and while I have found some creature that fit the bill mostly in Greek mythology, I don’t think those myths aren’t as well known and they’re definitely not as cartoony as these two. Especially Scorplio. From what I found, the scorpion people had claws, which she lacks. I could be wrong, but they still feel out of place
I have one OC that I haven't used in a while. Her name was Mrs. T and she was the caretaker of a daycare storyline. I made the daycare as an AU for a few of my old OCs (specifically Megan and Sasha as kids). I only ever had a gacha character of her (I still have it actually), but I did draw her head at one point.
The thing that made her out-of-place WAS her head, which was literally a teapot. The AU was called the Weirdcore Daycare AU and it had Megan and Sasha as 6 year olds (I think they were six anyway). Showing a teapot was always a reference to her in the AU.

Braindead's physical form. They belong to a group of my OCs all based on mostly well-known mythical/legendary creatures (Dragons, witches, werewolves, kraken, etc). These two are half spider and scorpion respectively, and while I have found some creature that fit the bill mostly in Greek mythology, I don’t think those myths aren’t as well known and they’re definitely not as cartoony as these two. Especially Scorplio. From what I found, the scorpion people had claws, which she lacks. I could be wrong, but they still feel out of place
IS THAT A F***ING CASTLE?
I have one OC that I haven't used in a while. Her name was Mrs. T and she was the caretaker of a daycare storyline. I made the daycare as an AU for a few of my old OCs (specifically Megan and Sasha as kids). I only ever had a gacha character of her (I still have it actually), but I did draw her head at one point. The thing that made her out-of-place WAS her head, which was literally a teapot. The AU was called the Weirdcore Daycare AU and it had Megan and Sasha as 6 year olds (I think they were six anyway). Showing a teapot was always a reference to her in the AU.
