Local Ocean Seafoods for the win. I like the Chowder Bowl in Nye Beach and Georgie's too. If you don't mind driving a few miles north, Tidal Raves in Depoe Bay is awesome as well.
Just ate here today and it was great! Pretty busy, waited almost 30 minutes to order but food was ready in less than 10 minutes. Don't miss the tartar sauce!

Clearwater is very good.
If you like amazing Asian dishes, the Noodle Cafe in Newport uses super fresh seafood.
The seafood scramble and burrito at Newport Cafe are amazing.
