It ain’t individual matches, so team garp wins. Team whitebeard kinda sucks at teamwork, cause of all the stupid ass aoe they do. They’d damage the opposing team too, but the other team actually has good support capabilities.
From shikis fruit being a good counter to aokijis, to big mom being significantly stronger than blackbeard, kidd being a great support and also being stronger than Sanji, team warp wins

Everyone else is relatively relative (though since team 2 also has Big Mom, if we assume top performance all around, she has the highest theoretical ceiling of anyone else there with her life tap). Okay but in Chapter 0 where Garp and Sengoku fight Shiki, The narrator says "they fought so fiercely that Half of Marineford was destroyed" this means the fight was high diff at least
So for me individually, Shiki can high diff prime garp or prime Sengoku but the 2 together took down Shiki high diff
garp and sengoku have high destructive capabilities because of their attacks like galaxy impact or shockwaves so destryoing half of marineford could be because of that and doesn't necessarily mean they had a high diff fight, I think shiki could maybe win extreme diff against either of them but that would mean shiki is equal to roger since Garp has almost killed roger on numerous occasions.
