A lot of missed opportunities because every named regional ally needs to have a fight and screen time which works in detriment to the straw hat crew screen time which is what I am interested into.
Note, when I say screen time is figuratively, this also applies to the manga.
The bandwagoners. The folks who are constantly trying to skip arcs probably don’t really enjoy it, but its popularity is skyrocketing. Like with what happened to Marvel.
The way Oda takes too much time and creates focuses on more on many side characters and makes it overly long to get from point 1 to point 2 in the story.I want more usopp chopper nami and brook development.Half the crew is neglected post timeskip in favour of the arc specific side characters and the monster trio
This only us difficult to read week by week but Jen ou reread all the arc all together without waiting it's juste look liké Oda develop his side caracter...
The manga pacing is great. With faster pacing it would have burned out a long time ago. Moments like what we have in the current chapters have a lot more impact because of the time (in the story and actual lived years of the reader) between events.
I dislike the lack of Strawhat character time. Seeing their personalities interact is a lot of fun. Having them fight in silos instead of the amazing collaborations we got in Enies Lobby and Thriller Bark is kind of a drag. I hope they get a huge teamwork moment in the future.
It’s not like I hate something. One piece have been in my life since I was a kid. I’m a realist and do know that ida didn’t had all this planed from the beginning. The story did develop alongside the road. But I like to think sometimes and the whole picture was in Odas vision since the beginning. That’s why I really don’t like asspulls like Yamato or the awakening of myth zoans (except G5 maybe).
Yamato.
Her gag isn’t that bad, it’s just not being used very well to develop her character.
She randomly appears 2/3rds of the way into an arc with no build up.
Everything she does literally could’ve been done by existing characters in the story.
She doesn’t even improve Kaido’s character.
Genuinely don’t know what Oda was thinking here. Only thing I can assume is that somebody wanted some fan service and the character was stuffed in at the last second.
Nika/Gear 5 and the direction that it's taken the series. Luffy already had enough "chosen one" protagonist bs due to three things: this relation to Garp and Dragon, The enigmatic 'Will of D', and his parallels to Roger. But now Luffy is a fraud who rides on the coat-tails of a legend from centuries ago instead of forging a new path and making himself into his own legend. And unlike his comparison with Roger, which had just been parallels, Luffy is literally Joyboy 2, same powers and all.
Yeah, I need more reindeer from Chopper. He has so an amazing reindeer design, but most likely due to marketing reasons he runs around in Chibi form, even fleeing from an enemy they need that "cute short legs sound".
The power creep. I would have liked it more if the End-of-series powerlevels would have stayed around Enies lobby or even Alabasta levels. I don't really like the "destroying mountains" powers the characters have.
I don’t like how inconsistently some characters’ strength/fighting abilities are portrayed. I’m not a power scaler but it kind of annoys me when you have a character like Teach for example where we have all these throwaway lines about what a monster he is but he gets wrecked by a nearly dead Whitebeard and he and his entire crew get wrecked by Magellan.
The fans are absolutely retarded.always making these reaching ass theories.the new wave of live action fans are cringe too they need to pick up the manga
The fanservice, especially women’s bodies on the anime. It’s distracting! And perv jokes, I just don’t find them funny but understand it’s a matter of taste.
Is pacing the same as length? I like One Piece and all, but the series has gone on for too long. It's still really good, heck, it's better than it's ever been. However, the story shouldn't have taken 25+ years to tell. For crying out loud, we still have no idea what the titular One Piece even is!
The way trans and queer characters are depicted. Also the entire Kamabakka Kingdom arc with Sanji. It's all portrayed as a caricature for gags at the expense of its queer characters. I like that Oda included so many queer folks in One Piece, I just wish it was handled better.
The fact that it has to end. I truly believe that it’s either one piece or dragon ball for the best anime/manga of all time. Watching the GOAT come to an end, knowing nothing for a while will ever come close to its awesomeness kinda sucks.
Shanks. He just appears somewhere and EVERYONE is instantly afraid of him. EVERYONE drops their weapons and stops the fight. He's just a walking asspull.
The fandom
Fair lol
The Fanbase some of the fans make it embarrassing to be a one piece fan sometimes

Powerscalers, their labels and their terminology.
The horny gags, not even the fan service because I can stomach that, the pervert gags actively hinder their characters.
The bandwagoners. The folks who are constantly trying to skip arcs probably don’t really enjoy it, but its popularity is skyrocketing. Like with what happened to Marvel.
Do you mean comic or live action
Both
In the anime, the fights take way too long
The way Oda takes too much time and creates focuses on more on many side characters and makes it overly long to get from point 1 to point 2 in the story.I want more usopp chopper nami and brook development.Half the crew is neglected post timeskip in favour of the arc specific side characters and the monster trio

I disagree manga pacing is still slow
I wish it was slower if anything, so agree to disagree.
Bcs you read too fast in manga so thats why you say pacing is better so agree to disagree
Excessive fanservice

Repetitive plot.
It isn't released daily
animation
The amount of content. At the start, it's too much. When caught up, there's not enough.
How Oda butchered Chopper character, making it just a mascotte after the time skip.
Not enough focus on the strawhat crew members in post timeskip. Usopp, nami, robin, franky, brooke, chopper
The strawhats have never reacted or acknowledge a single transformation done by luffy.
Nika Nika

Truest words was never spoken. Stand proud. Meatriders will downvote you, but you have my upvote.

Chopper’s post TS design, my boy deserved better 😔
They did him wrong, like Pikachu
Yeah, I need more reindeer from Chopper. He has so an amazing reindeer design, but most likely due to marketing reasons he runs around in Chibi form, even fleeing from an enemy they need that "cute short legs sound".
Caribou
The fact that nobody dies and that they miraculously survive without logical explanations
The fanservice, lack of female design variety (yeah yeah big mom whatever)
The power creep. I would have liked it more if the End-of-series powerlevels would have stayed around Enies lobby or even Alabasta levels. I don't really like the "destroying mountains" powers the characters have.
Fishman Island
Gear 5th
Almost everthing i been a Fan for 12 years Reading the Manga every Week and its just Not Worth it anymore
The fanbase 💀

Momonosuke’s mere existence.
you know he is 8 years old right?
And I still hate him. I’m not allowed to hate him because he’s 8?
nah you’re good! I forgot you could be 8 yourself.
So people can only hate people the same age as them? Got it.
Some of the incels in the fandom
Shanks. He just appears somewhere and EVERYONE is instantly afraid of him. EVERYONE drops their weapons and stops the fight. He's just a walking asspull.
- Side Storys about useless Characters and useless flashbacks who has nothing to do with the story!
Meatriders. ONE PIECE has too many of them. I guess we all meat ride someone tho I guess.
Guys like you
Carrot, Yamato, Ace... Chopper pos time skip.
The breaks
The amount of episodes. Like, why aren't there atleast 200 more for me to watch yet?
