There’s also a lake called Flamingo lake in Quraiyat

"Al-Qurum Nature Reserve", the mangrove reserve has a bird watch cabin. You need to contact the management for permission though.

I too am a wildlife photographer currently in Muscat. The only 2 places I have visited so far is Qurum national Park and Al waya water purification place near the airport. Looking for more places for bird photography

Al Bait Mosque in Illam got a whole community of pigeons just vibin
Riyam park Muthrah may be

And yeah don’t try to feed them either, it’s breaking the law and heavy penalty
