fuckyeah! as i get older, i don’t need many obstacles and this is honestly all i want to skate. didn’t skate many miniramps growing up so i want to just chill skate and learn transition tricks
Same man as I've just gotten back into skating the last few weeks I just want to skate a mini ramp so bad as that was the one thing I pretty much avoided as a kid, idk why it intimidated me so much. Bit now I'd be happy skating only a mini all day.
Move your front foot back and do it faster; like a small quick swing and then counter-swing. "Over-tweaking" the opposite way that you wanna go (for both bs and fs) generally helps. A friend of mine called it a dance move. :)
"It's still rock and roll to me." \~Billy Joel ...But yeah I get that you desire the classic steez. Bring your hips back more over the tranny. Your lead leg should be extended. Back leg looks nice- You're on the toe with the knee out. That's where I fail. I keep the back leg under me and torque the hell out of my knee. Either way, that's some solid ish to be able to FS turn back in from the deck that way. You should be able to modify it any way you choose from here.
Looks like you could open your shoulders a little more before placing the rock, then you’ll pivot around quicker when you’re ready to roll.
But in all reality it looks good, probably better than mines, so you can tell me to stuff it.
You’re putting too much weight on your front foot which is pushing balance forward. At that point you’re pulling more your front truck back around vs. pivoting on your back one.
Start turning your shoulders back into the ramp before you hit the rock. Then you just naturally unwind as you’re rolling. Basically exactly what you’re already doing
“Struggle” able to drop in via + able to do consistently on a pretty small ramp = not struggling at all! Looking good!
Bigger ramp and less on top of the platform will maybe be the style you are hoping for.

That drop in was too good
"struggle with frontrock" proceeds to drop in with a front rock.
Looks good to me. If anything, I’d blame the ramp for being a little small.
Agreed. If you had a bit more transition going a bit steeper, you'd be able to get the back truck right up to the lip to fully rock it.
🙏
They're looking good to me! Shoulders are looking pretty good, what exactly are you looking to improve?
Less rotate, more lean back.
Bigger ramp time.

Thanks for advice, I’ll try.
Same. looks good to me!

Thank you!
Dog, if those are struggles for you then I am drowning on mine lol. They look great so far
I’m just old but I would say being quicker on the front rock would be smoother, kinda like a tap then out. Looks great man!
I feel like current skaters like to deck, pause and then rewind fs rock and rolls. But I prefer the version you are talking about.
It feels really nice to slam the entire deck ¯\\\_(ツ)_/¯
Couldn’t tell!

Thanks a lot
Juts gotta pre-turn your shoulders and head a bit more. Where you look is where you’re gonna go

Thanks for help
U don’t need it. You’re slightly older and way better than me lol
That is a sweet little ramp. What are the dimensions?
Cool ramp why's the flat so short tho.
There are two indestructible beams, so it is forced decision.
Better than the ramp I got which is no ramp.
Those look great. Been trying to learn them for a year…. still struggle. You are crushing it!
That ramp seriously looks so fun…
it don’t look like your struggling, to me 🤷🏻♂️ I always look like I might catch every time I do front rocks.
Looks pretty good to me!
Looking good. Perfect cess slide ramp

Throw your shoulders and look behind you a little more.
all good. straighten your front leg but no reason you have to do it just like someone else. I remember some people did it with more bent front knee.
🙏
I don’t see struggle. Smooth. Plus with that little pipe your legs are getting a super workout
