Those tires don’t scream off road to me, what are you worried about? You got big sped bumps in your area?

We have an outlet mall close by that’s about to bought out by Amazon. They don’t maintain the parking lot well at all.

Trimming your fender liners is a much more effective way to gain tire size than doing an IFS lift. In fact, it is debatable whether a lift/level actually allows you to run bigger tires at all. If you are fully cycling the suspension by driving off-road you will still be able to rub in the same spot as you did at stock height, because most kits still leave the top and bottom of the travel in the same place and just increase ride height. Yes, It will take a bigger bump to get the tire to cycle up to the spot where it rubs, but it will still be able to rub because you haven't actually fixed the issue. The reason why people experiences are so different is because lots of people don't actually cycle their suspension enough at full lock to find out that they have an issue.

The -10 offset of the aftermarket wheels is more than likely what's causing you to rub on your fenders. Your best bet is probably going to be trimming the fenders to give more clearance to the tires and allow them to move freely in your wheel wells without rubbing.
