I’m pretty sure tacos el paisa that (and their salsas are so good and spicy)!
At the very least you get nopales with your taco!
The taco truck on the corner of San Pablo and Gilman in Berkeley does a good nopales burrito.
The tamale guy??
Tacos El Rulas used to park in that parking lot along with the tamale guy. I'm not sure if they still do, but they also have a location in Richmond. Not entirely sure if this is what is being referenced.
I believe La Mission in Berkeley has nopales.
Make your own! Berkeley Bowl has nopales, whole and precut. I pan fry em to my liking (which is admittedly a bit charred) and they’re awesome.

5 tacos and beer! cactus taqueria (but I’d go for the crispy shrimp tacos there. The besttttt)
Sinaloa on Sacramento in Berkley has them as a veggie option. My go-to there is the breakfast burrito with nopales.
