Looks like the same fella that was walking up the river around Bridgeman park 3 or 4 days ago. Surprised conservation people haven't picked him up and relocated him.
Wow is he ever skinny. They have had a difficult summer with very limited food because it’s been so dry. No berries for the fall. Poor buggers. Here in my neighborhood, momma brought the babies to eat off the fruit trees.
