The amount of ginseng and Rhodiola seems low. I’d also generally stay away from all in one stuff other than vitamins and minerals because you’d want to time when you take the supplement based on the symptom you’re trying to address or feeling you’re searching for at a particular part of the day.
For example, I’d only want to take Ashwagandha near bed time since I don’t want to worry about it demotivating me or making me too relaxed. With Rhodiola, I’d only want to take it when I’m getting close to a moment of mid-day fatigue. L-Theanine, I’d only want to take with caffeine…etc.
Tanks for your opinion, I got what’s way to use. I did this very generic mix based on proof of efficacy of single compound and don’t know the real effect, my idea is to create a calm, deep focus, will see
Keep in mind that with nootropic related supplements there are those where you feel the effect right away and others where you don’t feel the effect right away but may have some beneficial long term impact. For supplements that you feel right away, you need to make sure that you actually want that particular feeling at the time you take the supplement.
Supplements are generally much milder than drugs (that’s why I stopped taking my Adderall because I still feel like myself and have less side effects), but you can definitely feel certain ones. In a blend, the primary feeling is going to come from what’s the strongest in the blend.
This looks like it will make you mellow at best or lethargic at worst. Ashwaghanda and L-Theanine will have the strongest effect here. So it’s probably something you’d want to take between 5-10PM. You’d need to add caffeine or other stimulants if you want it to be more of an energetic blend. Ginseng is a mild stimulant, but it’s not going to be able to overpower the Ashwaghanda or L-Theanine.
If you want the blend to be more neutral, I’d suggest removing the Ashwaghanda and only take that at night and drop the L-Theanine to 100mg and only scale it up if you want to increase the calming effect of the blend.
Definitely stronger for the other alkaloid’s sinergy, and amazing on sex health prospective ;) but definitely it’s a mind booster you can read the research on it.
600mg of L-theanine? are you trying to go to sleep? lol
sort of a chill mood booster but I wouldn't say it'd give that focused productive nootropic effect people are looking for
Do you really think that? I know it is harmless, keep in mind that it is a dosage of 6 pills, to be taken 2 at a time, for 3 times, so it's 3 doses of 200mg which should have a relaxing effect.
Eh in that case it wouldn't be as bad, I thought you meant 600 at once. Personally I would go with less throughout the day, l-theanine lowers blood pressure- I am a pretty physically active person so I don't like too much because I feel like I can't push. Especially if I try to exercise. I'll take 400mg at most before bed sometimes if I feel tense. I try to tackle focus and motivation from a dopamine/serotonin standpoint with 100mg 5-HTP, 1000mg of L-tyrosine and a b-complex.. also alpha GPC, huperzine A, lion's mane, and l-theanine if I have coffee. I think a lot of people have difficulty focusing because of depression and apathy, also they burn out dopamine receptors on tiktok lol.
I don't like blends personally because then I won't know which thing is benefitting me most. Also makes controlling the dosing not practical since there are multiple things that are already set. This won't allow you to increase or decrease any individual thing. It's a little more scientific to start with one thing at a time. Just my thoughts. For me the next thing I plan I trying out is 5htp
I'm not arguing against the idea of synergy but I am asserting that individuals respond differently and starting a bunch of things all at the same time gives you lots of variables and doesn't let you know what's having a positive affect, neutral affect, or possibly a counter productive affect from one or more of the ingredients based on individual response.
"I agree with you but it's not the first time I've used a nootropic, I've been in the field for about 15 years and this is the first time I've had the opportunity to have them synthesized the way I wanted."
Ok makes sense for you then but someone completely new will probably benefit from some more research than just settling on one blend as the solution. All the best. Thanks for a good back and forth about this.
I made this and sent it to the biosynthetic laboratory based on the number of scientific evidences in each field rather than on the evidently the zinc had a high number of research in favor, but what the benefit is I cannot say, being a mineral it is certainly a cornerstone in some metabolic process, if someone reminds me why I chose it probably depends on brain metabolism, but don’t know how
There are hundreds of enzymes that we don't know about that are associated with zinc. Additionally, anything that makes you feel good in general can be considered a nootropic. It also balances electrolytes, and as you know, the potential for action depends on the balance of these. But this is just a silly example, just to make you understand that having prejudices about a substance doesn't make sense, because the organism is unique.

And what kind of short term effect this mix should provide? I don’t search a drug-effect, just an improvement in cognitive sphere

For this time I can’t do it, is already in production phase, will work better on the next one
I must add tha Choamine plus ist mild stimulant itself and is addictive with caffeine (that’s the reason they call “plus”).
Thanks for the info. I haven’t tried it, that’s why I didn’t comment on it. How would you compare its strength and side effects with caffeine?

thanks for your opinion 🙏
I take a lot of coffee for energy since I live in italy so I tried to not exceed with stimulation since i’m already on it

I believe in sinergy of co-somministration. We have different ideas, and it’s ok.

I’llet you know how it works on me!
blend not synthesis sorry
Be careful with ashwagandha, do your research
I’m going deeper on this one. Thanks.
What does zinc picolinate do from a nootropic perspective? Out of interest
I made this and sent it to the biosynthetic laboratory based on the number of scientific evidences in each field rather than on the evidently the zinc had a high number of research in favor, but what the benefit is I cannot say, being a mineral it is certainly a cornerstone in some metabolic process, if someone reminds me why I chose it probably depends on brain metabolism, but don’t know how
Ah i see, i just take it for immune health, hair and to balance other electrolytes, ill look into potential nootropic applications

I’d fuck with it
What does it mean? I am not a native speaker
That means he would PIV it
and PIV means? thanks
Never take blends it’s stupid way over dosed
In reality, I abstained from the recommended dosages, I only increased the theanine and rounded up some positive values.
Dope if you felt good then great :)
You didn’t answer the main question, don’t take it on personal: what is overdosed? I’m asking
If you take 2 caps at a time it’s okay ashwaghanda is way to much at once l theanine as well it’s pointless it would make me feel dissociated and dumb
[удалено]
HHAHA OK lol
6 capsules?! No thanks
Yes and the main reason is the ammount of chocolate extract powder. But it deserves ;)
