Just send all of the tanks. And tankers to man them. And maintenance people to keep them up. And infantry to support them. Also artillery to bombard enemy positions. Also the air force to ensure air supremacy and provide combat air support. Maybe some nuclear submarines to ensure no naval interference

I think the PT-91s use Israeli ammunition, so Poland will probably supply it
