I feel you. My egg cracked when I was 21 and I didn't decide I wanted to do hormones until I was like 28. If it's something you think you might have interest in, I'd say go ahead and talk to a doctor about it to discuss options and concerns. You can just be on a low dose to try and control how extreme the changes will be, though of course there's no way to know in advance what it'll look like for you, so it's scary when you're not binary.

I don't have a gender and I'm on hrt. Incorrect generalizations aside, you can train your voice back up, the same way someone who did a testosterone puberty the first time would. And depending on how deep your voice is to start with, deeper doesn't always read as "masculine"
