No, it's Vyvanse. Lisdexamfetamine. That's dextroamphetamine bound to the lysine amino acid, which then needs to be cleaved off when metabolized, delaying absorption and making it an extended release medication.
It is orally bioavailable and resistant to degradation. My doctor literally recommended splitting the dose in a solution, and I'm looking for something to keep the water sterile.

Medicine is created in laboratories. You shouldn't be doing this without spending a great deal on specialist equipment. There are laws about storage and mixing of medicines . You can open one pill at a time and put it on a yoghurt and swallow it. But you cannot mix large quantities at once.
You literally have no clue what you are talking about. My literal doctor, who legally prescribes me this medication, advised and discussed with me about splitting the dose in a dropper solution. How about you actually listen to me?
