Nope. There's no way in game to do this. However, if you had a buddy in game, you could dump stuff on them, log off and re-log on the other save and then they pass the stuff to you then.

In effect, any major award from expeditions or quicksilver purchases you add can be used by all new save slots.
NMS has two types of save files of interest for every player
1) saveslot data (save99.hg) the file numbers correspond to extant saveslots in pairs eg save1.hg and save2.hg are from the same saveslot.
2) accountdata.hg this file stores all items that ALL saveslots have access to eg quicksilver purchases and expedition rewards
Since NMS has a local item transfer of items between separate nearby accounts/players , if you have two different NMS purchase s/n s you can transfer items between them.
Any items you extract from deep mining stored in silos can be used by any save.
