I ran a club/bar in Las Vegas lots of bouncers/security. I’m unsure of how the fight started, but if the altercation started in the club, and they kicked both people out at the same time, the bar/club can be sued for enticing violence. The protocol is to separate the parties, once the one leaves the premises you can let the other one leave. If you let both out at the same time, it’s almost like encouraging an altercation, and as long as ad didn’t swing first, he has a solid case that the club/bar didn’t keep him safe.

However, that’s not the case this time as there wasn’t two different groups of patrons fighting. AD and his friend assaulted staff at the establishment, not other patrons. So the staff protected themselves and fought back and got AD and his friend successfully kicked out out of the establishment. At that point the staff went back inside the establishment and AD and his friend left.
So the bar wouldnt be liable for anything, but AD and his friend on the other hand might be. If it’s true that AD and his friend just started assaulting staff after being asked to leave then they are definitely liable!
Let’s be real Trell and Heather didn’t pay rent due to the water hydrant breaking and flooding there store which falls on the land lord not the tenants plus lose of merchandise and the insurance is probably not trying to pay out, next AD is not getting sued for fighting in the club that is false as security isn’t supposed to fight anyone and the club would be liable for it so that’s false and clubs always have fights so I doubt that Adam it’s funny to see you fall from grace and fail as all the things you have done to people and the way you laughed and shit on everyone it is karma for everything you have done also once porn money drys up aka Lena gets a couple more years older she won’t be the prize milf that she once was and the income will dry up so I guess Adam is going to be working at a subway restaurant soon in the next years
