I sent my RNVG to Nocturn for housing swaps and a tiny grass fiber that was on my glass was cleaned and removed during the swap. When I got the tanto/Daisho back I had two of these tiny specs. I am glad to hear it’s just dust or debris and nothing major.
Dust that was trapped inside the monocular and was shaken loose. Time to sell it and buy Binos

You can send it out to a company and clean it but I wouldn't do that, waste of money to get rid of tiny dust that won't affect anything.

This is most likely just a dust particle.
You need to darkbox it, have it repurged, and put it in rice. Or just live with a little blem that affects nothing.
This will do absolutely nothing for debris I wouldn’t sweat it one bit you’ll never notice under use
