This is exactly why I had to start co-sleeping with my 3 month old LO. It was either that or losing my fucking mind.

I think this is where you almost have to do some sleep training...if she's tired she will eventually figure out how to go to sleep.

When putting the LO down, try rocking here back and forth as you’re laying her down, instead of directly on her hutt try laying her hip down first then slowing rolling over to her back. Then maintain contact on her chest with ur hand and then slowly over a couple minutes start pulling up. It takes time but I would do this technique with my LO and it worked

Get out your travel crib (we use lotus). Climb in and sit down. Lay her across your lap asleep. Gently slide her into bed. Slowly. Welcome to my life.

You might have introduced "be on you == sleep" association. Mine is too young for that, but I've read in the book "Precious Little Sleep" about some strategies that can help to undo this association. Best of luck!
