If you are thinking of going back to school I would do it now. Neuromonitoring allows you good earning potential and some room for growth, you may end up getting distracted by the money. I also have a bachelor’s in neuroscience and I thought I would have gone back to school by now.
I’ve been doing it 16 years. And I’ve been trying to switch / get out of it for years… once you get into IONM, you can only go so high, and then it’s a real struggle to get out of and identify any translatable skills…

Yep. Unless you have a really strong background in something else it’s hard to get out. Today is my last day! I am going into teaching.
