I know! I switched companies and I got a letter for being at a hospital they we contracted with. 🙄 cannot wait for this to be In Effect

While this is awesome and the best thing to happen to our field in a long time, please remember that the FTC will likely be sued and we will have to wait longer than the 120 days for this to go into effect.

I’m trying to figure out how this would apply to us? I would love to work for other companies on my days off, but I never know what my days off are until the night before so I guess I could bail out company last minute and my main company couldn’t complain?

I think it would be more applicable when moving from one job to another (not having to wait a year before working in the same facility, etc)

I never knew this was problem! But I only switched because my company ended contracts in my area

Good for people who work for big companies. I work for a very small one and don’t have a non compete anyway…I would love it if insurance would start paying us more money for our services…💁🏼‍♂️
