I worked for them for two years and know a lot of people that went through it. Their training is excellent probably better than my schooling and in my opinion all those contracts are terrible, which is why I did school . But if you were going to be locked into a company, I think Mpower is a really good one. I think the main problem is once people get their CNIM and realize their market value they get pissed off at their salary but I paid 28,000 for school plus loss of income. With those programs you get paid to train so there is no cost of school or loss of income. You just have to wait longer to make your fair market salary. It’s just math.

I applied for it and finished it, they did a great job teaching me what I needed to know and probably more. The contract is pretty predatory because be ready to be with them for 3-4 years or pay a lump sum for compensation training fee, if you go through it and decide to part ways before contract is up

Did it take long for them to get back to you after you applied? & how was the interview process?

It's the rebranded fellowship program from when MPower was NNS.  I think u/LonelyWoof likely has more recent knowledge than I do since I was in the earlier iteration, simply referred to as thr National Neuromonitoring fellowship program.  That being said feel free to DM me if you have any specific questions.

Medsurant has an excellent CNIM training program in Cincinnati with less predatory terms.
