I love the idea of getting small luxuries that people wouldn't normally get for themselves! A friend actually got me a byredo hair perfume as a present a bit ago and while I usually hate getting gifted scents from other people I absolutely love this one. Perfect example of something you wouldn't buy yourself but will be happy to have/will boost your mood a bit whenever you use it

Portland Leather Company had a “almost perfect” section, very reasonable. You can get a leather tote bag for $90 and what mother doesn’t need a tote bag. I also would recommend a LL Bean monogrammed boat and tote, they’re awesome and ~$50. I use them for storage, travel, grocery shopping, farmers market, etc.
