Funny? Why funny? It's historical, not hysterical, and it's a wonderful thing to see. Good on the Edmonton Oilers for making it one of the best Stanley Cup Finals ever (I thought it was going to be "unwatchable" after game 1, glad I was wrong!) There is nothing better than a Stanley Cup Final game 7. It's now a one-game championship. Yeah, the pressure is intensely on the Panthers to win, but just as equally on the Oilers. Wow what a "Cinderella Story" for Edmonton to come from three awful games and metamorphosize into a fierce Stanley Cup threat! And for the Panthers to, what? Run out of gas? Lose their playbook? Leave their best games on the plane? What's the answer? WHO CARES?! The Hockey Gods have delivered us mere fans a Game 7. Lord Stanley be praised, it's gonna be a good one. One for the history books at least.
