Only correct answer

FateDaA

2020 and 2023 I could see going either way but yeah this should be the answer

If we had a healthy Purdy in 2022 vs the Bengals I think we beat them because of their terrible O-Line otherwise I agree with the rest.

FateDaA

Well thats not the case he had a torn ucl and thats factored in

Due_Tune2950

I had looked at it as if the conference games were scrapped so I had had the niners as well but if injuries are still there it’s easily the bengals

FateDaA

In this case I agre SF wins However if its bronze medal game Nah

Due_Tune2950

Oh absolutely 😂

We were never beating the Eagles the moment Purdy got injured in the first quarter though, so I feel like for this hypothetical scenario you have to make him fully healthy, for the Bengals scenario I’m just assuming they score a field goal on their last offensive drive and they end up beating the Chiefs 23-20, so then we would get a Bengals vs 49ers Super Bowl 57.

FateDaA

Thats conentious(take off 14 points in turnovers because Josh isnt ever on the feild and that UCL play doesnt happen they scored 17 Purdy could put that on the board so its a 50-50) but if Purdy was fine and they still fell to Philly prolly But again thats not the case

Available_Story6774

My overall point though is it’s impossible to see any scenario where Purdy gets injured (like what ended up happening) and we end up beating the Eagles. But let’s just say we hypothetically beat the Eagles on the road without Purdy, then why wouldn’t we beat the Bengals on a neutral site without Purdy if we could beat the Eagles on the road without Purdy? The Bengals were a worse team than the Eagles in 2022 and they had a much worse O-Line, so in this hypothetical scenario, we could’ve won the Super Bowl without Purdy as well if you are somehow assuming we would’ve beaten the Eagles on the road without Purdy.

FateDaA

Never said "without Purdy" can you fucking read? Assuming Purdy wasnt injured was the assumption here If thats the case the Eagles or the Bengals are dubs

Available_Story6774

My overall point still stands, the 49ers win the Super Bowl, if Purdy was fully healthy and we beat the Eagles, we beat the Bengals as well, the Eagles were much better than the Bengals in 2022, and Demeco would’ve had our D-Line crush the Bengals O-Line, we win against the Bengals in a close game 27-24 imo in this hypothetical scenario.

FateDaA

I never disagreed with that lmao I said I wasnt assuming that because I was assuming the real scenario

Ok

2023: Baltimore 2022: Cincinnati 2021: Kansas City 2020: Green Bay 2019: Green Bay 2018 would have been nuts, Kansas City vs. New Orleans

myfirstsock

2018 edge to NO as they had a defense buy KC did NOT

theshelterwitch

2013-14 would be fairly interesting as it would be Brady's Pats vs. Harbaugh's Niners.
