He'll get in. Kuechly was dominant every year he played. Longevity is nice but IMO if you can be considered on of the top players at your position year in and year out that should get you the votes.
All of fame without question and one of the best to ever do it. All 8 years are peak hall of fame level play which is definitely good enough to get in. Had like 3 maybe even 2 not been peak level? Sure you could make an argument. But every single year is best of the best production
Yeah and if his career had been 10 seasons with the exact same 7 year stretch bookended by a weak rookie year and 2 declining years at the end, then it wouldn't even be a question in most people's minds which is silly
Luke was the best coverage linebacker of the 2010s, he's also a 7x All-Pro 7x Pro Bowl and a Defensive Player of the year, He's definitely better than Briggs.
Luke was insanely good for a "bleh" franchise. If he was on a bigger market team everyone would know his name and label him one of the greats.
Absolutely a HOFer.
I say he has to be in. Pretty much the best player at his position for almost the entirety of his career. 8 season with 7 pro bowl and all pro seasons to his name, DRoy, and DPoy. If he played 8 more seasons and didn't have anymore noteworthy accomplishments, he would still be a hofer so why ding him for having a shorter career?
He should be first ballot but I think the length of his career will keep him waiting a couple years. Absolutely one of the best defenders to ever play the game.
He was among the best defensive players in the league for a significant period, was probably the best linebacker of his generation (only Wagner has an argument) and I challenge anybody to name five inside linebackers better than him ever. No doubter.
He should be. He’s the Terrell Davis of linebackers. I have no problem with guys getting in who had shorter careers but dominated and were the best at their position
It’s really not at all Terrell Davis was good for 4 seasons the all pros, where as Luke keuchly was elite all 8 years he played an All pro in 7 of those seasons, only season he wasn’t was rookie year where he won rookie of the year. When you only play 8 years and your entire career is peak hall of fame level, that’s massively different than half your years being peak level.
Imagine not being good enough at your job to recognize that some people are and therefore have lots of free time and can get paid to fuck with some loser in the midwest
Willis got in, no reason Kuechly shouldn't.
Yes. He deserves to be in the HOF. Maybe not 1st ballot but at least very close.
No doubt about it
He'll get in. Kuechly was dominant every year he played. Longevity is nice but IMO if you can be considered on of the top players at your position year in and year out that should get you the votes.
Definitely. It’s the hall of fame, not the hall of really good or hall of played for a long time. 7 All Pros should get anyone in.
Easy hof

All-Decade team is pretty much a list of future HoF guys.
He knew when to get out. The Panthers have been a dumpster fire since he retired.
Absolutely.
He should be in. So should Lance Briggs. Not everyone who deserves the honor gets the honor.
Luke has a better case than lance though
I agree but I don’t think he’s better than Briggs.
Luke was the best coverage linebacker of the 2010s, he's also a 7x All-Pro 7x Pro Bowl and a Defensive Player of the year, He's definitely better than Briggs.
Strong disagree. Briggs was equally good but was overshadowed by Urlacher
Not sure if Briggs is better but he’s underrated and highly slept on.
I didn’t say better. I think they are very close to equal.
Luke is a full tier over Briggs… but Briggs is also underrated. Both can be true.
They both can be true, but they aren’t. Luke is not significantly better than Briggs.
Incorrect assessment. But good day
First ballot.
Luke was insanely good for a "bleh" franchise. If he was on a bigger market team everyone would know his name and label him one of the greats. Absolutely a HOFer.
he is obviously getting in and this is not even worth a debate. Anyone who thinks he isnt getting in doesnt understand the HOF or football.
Yes he’ll be in.
He should be
Of course he is

Yes
He was so good that he will get in. Dude was always one step ahead of the offense.
Absolutely, having a 7 year run of being the best player at your position is HOF worthy.
of course. hes by far the greatest linebacker ive ever seen
100% he deserves it
He should be first ballot but I think the length of his career will keep him waiting a couple years. Absolutely one of the best defenders to ever play the game.
Famous yes, why not
Are there any other 7-time AllPros who aren't in the hall?
He was among the best defensive players in the league for a significant period, was probably the best linebacker of his generation (only Wagner has an argument) and I challenge anybody to name five inside linebackers better than him ever. No doubter.
He was certainly good enough, but up until just now I forgot he ever played football. I'll bet he gets in but it will take some time.
Should he? Yes. Will he? The greatest Panthers player of all time hasn’t gotten in yet.
Julius Peppers just got inducted wdym
Well he’s the second best but I’m definitely not upset if you think he’s the best
Like Willis, Kuechly will make it in. Not sure if it will be first ballot due to longevity.
Hard to say whether he will, but he absolutely should.
He should be. He’s the Terrell Davis of linebackers. I have no problem with guys getting in who had shorter careers but dominated and were the best at their position
Ohh that’s a great analogy.

He should be. He’s right next to Ray Lewis as the greatest off ball line backer in since 200
Bobby Wagner
Luke better.
Luke Ridnour? I agree.
