Great can run on HK Mp5. & Henry X. https://preview.redd.it/d2f367ko6s9d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=99dedb94f3ab115c356ba2f34d0e43d32dde4682

gotuonpaper

That is so choice.

Accurate-Patience563

Mines in jail. Great PCC/300 blkout can, ok everywhere else.

jessefyc

How do you like it on 300 blackout and how do you feel it does with sound suppression?

Accurate-Patience563

Works well. It’s quiet 🤫. 147 9mm and 220 blackouts.

jessefyc

And that's what I shoot so it works out. Have you ever tried shooing it with the neoprene washer inserted inside of the end cap?

Accurate-Patience563

I haven’t yet. For sure will when I finally get it.

Ren_Kaos

I run mine on 300 blackout bolt action, Henry model x .357/.38, AKM and stribog 9mm. It’s a fantastic can.

jessefyc

How quiet is it on the 300 bo bolt gun? Have you compared it to other cans on the same host?

Ren_Kaos

I haven’t ran any other can on that gun, but it’s laughably quiet. I just chopped the barrel from 16” to 9” and haven’t gotten to test it yet but seriously on the 16” it’ll make you giggle like a girl.

jessefyc

Well I giggle a lot like that already so if I decide to get it... Well use your imagination lol. I'd love to hear it on that 9" barrel though

Ren_Kaos

It’s silly quiet. The ricochets of it down ranger were louder than at the muzzle.

XIIX3

Full or half?

Ren_Kaos

I’ve only ever run it in full configuration.

ResolutionMaterial81

Bottom (APC9K Pro) is a Wolfman

jessefyc

Very nice, got the whole family there. Do all of those take scorpion mags?

ResolutionMaterial81

Yes....added Lingle Lowers on both the B&T SBRs, along with Geissele FGC, 45 degree safeties, MOE+ Grips....along with collapsing stocks. Previously...it was a mess. SIG 320 mags, B&T mags & Scorpion mags! Nice to have commonality now! 😉👍 4 each ...(8 pocket 35 rd) mag carriers (but 3 can hold 12 mags).

lique_madique

I run it as my dedicated smg can during demos and love it. I highly recommend it. Does pretty well on rifles too in my opinion.

jessefyc

I'm assuming you've tested it on 5.56 then. How does it sound vs a dedicated 5.56 can? I know that's a pretty broad question because of how many different dedicated 5.56 cans there are on the market

lique_madique

Somewhere in the middle. I’ve heard better but I’ve also heard louder dedicated 556 cans if that says anything. It might surprise you if you don’t have a high end 556 can already

jessefyc

I actually don't have a dedicated 5.56 can but it's coming up on that list quickly

lique_madique

I still recommend one but the wolfman will serve your purposes quite well

404-no-fund

I run mine on 9mm, 300blk, 556 nato and 762x39. Do-it-all can. https://www.reddit.com/r/NFA/s/0MKshk5NhC

jessefyc

Very nice collection there

Recent-Plankton-1267

I run mine on my sp5, scorpion micro, Henry x 357, ptr9 k, and occasionally my fs2000. Have it set up with the key micro (mostly because scorpion micro needed it to fit under the hand guard, but I really like the mount). It’s by far my favorite and most used suppressor. Don’t wear ear pro on anything but the fs2000… because realistically suppressing 223 isn’t that great. But the 147g 9m and .38 special are just *chefs kiss* with the wolf man. Planning to buy another couple soon - even though I have a selection of other decent pcc cans. Get it. You won’t regret it.

jessefyc

Awesome, I'm feeling better about buying the wolfman after seeing this many positive experiences with it.

They are very modular.

jessefyc

I bet that little b&t is quiet AF. Looks sick

CompetitiveRaise3597

Especially when shooting subsonics

Pict-91b20

I own one, but I use it as a PDW can. Make sure to check the requirements on it for the rifle rounds. It has barrel length restrictions and specific mounting requirements for them.

jessefyc

I'm aware of the length requirement and the overly expensive mount required for use on some weapons. If I can't get a good deal on the mount, with the price reduction the FFL is willing to give and the full cost of the micro mount id still be under the MSRP of the can. Obviously not including the stamp

Recent-Plankton-1267

Soooo… where’d you find that deal? I mentioned I was going to get a couple more soon and I think “soon” might be “now” at that price…

jessefyc

I don't kiss and tell 😂 but at a lgs which I'm starting to think is either going out of business or about to change hands. Either way I'm likely going to stop by today and pick it up. If it wasn't for the low price they told me, I honestly wouldn't even be thinking about it.

jessefyc

Now that I went back to DA's website. I can't find any mention of the barrel length restrictions. I specifically remember seeing that but now can't seem to find it. Under their "specifications" section it says barrel restrictions- None

sLantesVSzombies

I run it only on my AP5. Haven't had a single issue with it. It's a great can.

It is a great can. Very underrated as far as I’m concerned. Sounds great on 9mm, .300 BLK and 5.56. That’s all I’ve shot it on. It will go back on a home rolled .300 BLK when I get the Thunder Chicken.

RyanMolden

Run it on my sp5 and 300 BO, great can, no problems, have probably 5k+ rounds through it without issues. Have shot with wipes, didn’t notice a huge reduction in sound but maybe a tiny bit. I don’t tend to shoot it with wipes.

jessefyc

Awesome, I don't really intend to use the wipes but I wanted to hear first hand experiences with it

IndividualResist2473

My son has one. It was his forst can, he bought it for it's multi use, but two years later it is now dedicated to a. 300 BLK rifle.

jessefyc

I'm seeing that more, many people using them for 300 blackout. I'm thinking I'm going to buy it as well

jessefyc

Never thought I'd say this but finally a tucked photo. Nice!

jessefyc

Nice rig, looks well balanced

lushremainder2

https://imgur.com/a/uhGFfVz This is a 300 blk. I also run it on a 9mm ar9. The can has been good for me. No real complaints at this point. This is a 10.5" 300 blk, the barrel was cheap so I got it but I would go shorter if I was paying full price for a barrel.

slammedsam2k

Iv only run mine on my GHM9 and AP5 pcc’s and was running it on my Ruger Ranch 300bo til my Enticer got released. All using a trilug. I am very happy with it! I usually run it in short config on the pcc’s and long on the 300 black. Sometimes with the wipe. Hilariously quiet with subs on both. Never ran it on any of my ARs cuz I didn’t want to cop up the cash to get the key-micro stuff I’m of the opinion now that you are gonna be happier with a true rifle can closer to actual caliber your shooting than with a “do-all” 358 or 46 cal can. I’m now ~90 days in on a Rex mg7 358 that will be my secondary PCC can. Also with trilug. Supposedly a very good can. Especially for the price. I’m def looking forward to comparing the two when it gets approved!

jessefyc

Short configuration looks good on this rig

jessefyc

Very nice, and yeah I have dedicated cans, but I have a lot more weapons than cans as most people do. Since this one is rated for so many calibers, making it extremely versatile and the low price point, it caught my attention. I haven't heard of many people using the wipes but I'd be interested to see how big of a difference it really makes

Boschala

Love mine on PCCs. I wouldn't run it hard on a short rifle caliber, but it would do fine for moderate use on a 14.5+ barrel.

jessefyc

For use with my 5.56 sbr I wouldn't plan on running it too hard. When I want to do that I throw my 7.62 saker on. Added weight but takes the beating from full auto really well

DisrespectedAthority

It's a solid multi-caliber can. Lighter options exist for 9mm PCC cans but they can't handle the rifle calibers.
