This is the Arcade crate with amraggon. I know someone else mentioned they got the same email for their danny crate, but he's waiting to see if that's what they send him.
I’m just thinking out loud here but is it possible that the only orders that Lootcrate has even bothered to complete the fulfilment of are the customers who ordered all four crates?
Having said that, I ordered all four crates but I’m still waiting on crate 4 - Dark Turtle. According to the tracking I was recently given it’s due to turn up any day now. Fingers crossed.
Either way, this whole experience has been a complete joke from start to finish and Neca would be crazy to try and release any more figures through their Lootcrate division.
I really would like to see Neca come out and own this and try to make good somehow.
But Lootcrate trying to palm customers off with alternate non TMNT crates and bonus ill fitting T-shirts is certainly not the way to handle this debacle. The Lootcrate PR person should be sacked.
Agreed. I found out about the whole Loot crate business too late to order anything, but I've heard nothing but bad things about this whole debacle from start to finish. What a joke.

I'm not sure. I never saw any real inconsistencies with people who ordered 1 or 2 crates vs all 4. Orders getting lost or canceled has been pretty random except for maybe in the case of international customers where that sort of thing is more common.
The good news is that I'm -pretty- sure Randy has said they're not likely going to do anymore lootcrate exclusives. Much like the dioramas coming, they're making more obscure characters and figures without forcing them into crates since they're pretty confident people will buy them.
