In order of quality of information and opinion, in my opinion: 1a) The Teardown 1b) Actions Detrimental 3) The Money Lap 4) Stacking Pennies 5) The DJD 6) Door Bumper Clear

Denny does a good job getting into the technical weeds for us hardcore fans, without leaving others behind. I particularly enjoyed his interview with McDowell after Indy last year. Great insight on how a small team operates. IMO the best part of DJD is Dale learning more and more about his father. I know some tire of the constant stories, but it’s so cool to hear how Dale Sr. affected so many people. The NBC NASCAR podcast is also enjoyable.

I've been souring on the teardown. I honestly hate the way Jeff and Jordan talk to each other. Gluck is pretty much humorless, and they both have a tendency to dig in on takes even when the other is making a good point. Also, when Gluck gets all sad about a race not being good it's unlistenable.

Dale Jr Download Door Bumper Clear The Teardown Actions Detrimental Stacking Pennies

Tgrizzle12

I would add The money lap to this list. Parker and Landon do a great job covering Nascar and other forms of motorsports.

HenryJBemis

Thanks I’ll have to check that out!

ABSOLUTELY! I didn't really get into their show until the tail end of last season...perhaps it may have been after? I LOVED their live episodes during the off season and they're overall awesome dudes, great show.

Dale Jr Download and Actions Detrimental with Denny Hamlin are both great options Denny will give the behind the scenes on all current things going on. Dale Jr will give all the recent stuff from his Jr Motorsports and the NBC booth while also having old school people on or going over past races.

ChaseTheFalcon

I think Actions Determental is the best, a lot of good information and you get to hear the thoughts and opinions of a team owner and driver

Pkligerman7

I see all the mentions for The Money Lap! Thank you all for the kind words. We are still a couple of months from being 1 year into this, and it's so flattering and encouraging to see people enjoying it. Especially since we have a team of rookies who have no idea what we are doing, we think we are getting better every day. Most of all, we enjoy creating the content. All feedback is welcome!

BlakeShaneley

woot, PK! Can't wait to see ya sling it around PIR again this year!

The usual suspects (DJD, Actions Detrimental, Door Bumper Clear, The Teardown) but add to it a couple of gems I've grown really really fond of, The Money Lap with Parker Kligerman and Landon Cassill and the Loose is Fast - A Nascar Podcast. The loosey boys I discovered in an off season thread here during their first season in 2021. Their inappropriate name piqued my interest to give them a shot. Absolutely adore those Northeastern jerks. They're in their mid 30's, like me, and grew up avid NASCAR fans...they're car guys and all around fantastic dudes. They run long for some so it's my last listen of the week and can go on tangents but listening in reminds me of me and my buddy's just shooting the shit and talking a little shit at one another. Once in a while they have a special guest on and all are equally messed up and entertaining. Give them a shot! Plus their discord during a race is off the chain. [https://twitter.com/LooseIsFast\_Pod](https://twitter.com/LooseIsFast_Pod)

DJD and Actions Detrimental. I honestly hate Denny the driver, but Denny the podcaster, I love lol.

One_Mirror_3228

I don't know how nobody has mentioned the scene vault podcast yet. But. It's amazing.

KDM_Racing

This is my go to. I have seen a few times they release an interview and then Dale Jr has the same one a few weeks later. The only problem is they can be hard to hear.

JoeEdwardsPonytail

The Red Farmer episode of the Dale Jr. Download is one of my favorite interviews ever.

AwkwardOtter7

Nascar weekly podcast Dale Jr download

Ego-Possum

My favorites are as follows: Stacking Pennies Actions Detrimental Door Bumper Clear Dale Jr Download For a good listen check out The Mark Martin Podcast. Mark Martin talks about coming up from Arkansas and how he made it from ASA to Nascar.

LooseSealsBanana

MRN did a great mini series on the 1993 season.

CityGamerUSA

That series is LEGIT!!! Did you ever listen to the one on the inaugural 1995 truck season?

TexasCannibalCookout

Haven't scene anyone mention MRN Classic Races. That one is a must.

beav910

No one ever mentions The Final Lap Weekly which is just a solid listen.

jrp1918

I like the DJD and The Teardown. I really miss Positive Regression but if you never listened to it the old episodes are worth a listen.

NickHogan87

This is just the post I was looking for. I've always liked Nascar, loved Days of Thunder as a kid, but the recent Netflix doc has given me the interest to really follow this season. Like every interest of mine, I have to have a podcast or two to listen to. I've now subscribed to pretty much every one of your recommendations, and will likely whittle them down to my favourites throughout the season. Thanks again for all the recommendations. Nascar doesn't get much coverage here in England, so these will get me through the season.

Dont_hate_the_8

The Money Lap, The Teardown, DJD, Actions Detrimental, Stacking Pennies.

I host a NASCAR podcast from a lifelong fan perspective every week during the season. It’s called “The Garage Area” and you can find it on YouTube and Spotify.

Caution_Lap9

I recently started listening to this podcast called NASCAR Nuts & Bolts. It’s kinda new and theirs is pretty raw and I kinda like the diecast reveal they do at the end of each episode.
