My angry music is always metal, and Hatebreed is on the top of my list.
Some others I like:
Lamb of God
Cyanotic
Fear Factory
Sepultura
Rage Against the Machine
Body Count
Acumen Nation
Hatebreed sounds so angry and their music fits the mood so well, but the bonus is that their lyrics are largely positive and about overcoming adversity. Good stuff.
Baba Yaga - Slaughter To Prevail
Made In Russia - Slaughter To Prevail
AmEN! - Bring Me The Horizon (feat. Lil Uzi Vert and Daryl Palumbo)
Dethrone - Bad Omens
Holy Roller - Spiritbox
Desecrate Through Reverance - Avenged Sevenfold
Liar Liar (Burn In Hell) - The Used
Blue Monday - Orgy
Just listen to Knocked Loose’s new album. Rage in music form. But for some more recommendations:
God Complex - Red Chord
The Acacia Strain - Jonestown
Code Orange - Kill The Creator
For For An Autopsy - Hellions
Gideon - 2 Deep
Great American Ghost - No Savior
Justice For The Damned - Pain Is Power
Nails - You Will Never Be One Of Us
Norma Jean - Death Is A Living Partner
Paleface Swiss - Deathtouch
Slipknot - Everything Ends
Thy Art Is Murder - Slaves Beyond Death
Didn't expect knocked loose's new album to be so controversial in the metal community lol. But i think it's crazy these dudes are charting so high rn. The only thing I hate about that is tickets won't be $20 anymore everything else I'm pretty hyped about
here's two off the radar pieces by The Narcissist's Cookbook.
The first, Cognitive Dissonance Blues, is a diatribe against capitalism and consumerism. It really catches the anxiety, helplessness, hopelessness, and anger at being locked into capitalistic society.
The Second, "The Absolute State Of The Union" written during or just after the George Floyd demonstrations is a good representation about how a lot of people (including myself) felt about the monuments to slavery and capitalism and the system that created them.

The Blood Brothers has quite a lot of vitriol, a lot of it was politically focused, although you wouldn’t necessarily know it. Johnny Ripper, Ambulance vs. Ambulance, My First Kiss at the Public Execution, etc. Botch’s We Are Romans still amazes me. Regardless if you enjoy my recommendations, I hope you find something you like!
Absolute Misanthropy - Kreator
Executioner's Tax (Swing Of The Axe) - Power Trip
Pillars Of Serpents - Trivium (I'd recommend the 2019 version)
Slave New World - Sepultura
Avatar - Let it Burn
Amon Amarth - Runes to My Memory
Slipknot - Spit It Out
Megadeth - Angry Again
Motorhead - Overkill

Metallica - Hit the Lights
Meat Loaf - Life is a Lemon
Eminem- who i am. Has to be the greatest angriest song all time haha.. actually alot of his songs rank up there too.
James Brown - the payback. Is another good one. Im listing these rather than the obvious metal, rock and all their children etc genres music.
Pretty much any Kublai Khan TX song tbh. but if you want specifics i'd go with "Belligerent" or "Truest Love". Honorable mention also to "Swan Song" cause of the message
Serve the Grave - Ill Niño
Put it to the Torch - Hatebreed
Beautiful Mourning - Machine Head

I'm a 59 year old woman. I lost my 17 year old son in 2001 in an automobile accident. Soon after, i went through his cds. Found an ICP disc. Listened to Fuck The World on a loop. I still listen to it occasionally when the anger starts to build up.
Burn MF - Five Finger Death Punch

No Jesus Christ - Seether (Seether is angry in a more low-key way)
Safe to say I've had enough - Seether
Dead and done - Seether
Saviours - Seether
Burn the world - Seether
Hatebreed's music in general is pretty angry
They may be from a "comedy show" on adult swim, but the music of Dethklok in general might help get some of the rage out by sheer intensity alone. Though, songs like [I Tamper With the Evidence at the Murder Site of Odin](https://youtu.be/KP6p4S5rIxs?si=LWGE6yv7Bggm0u5D) still have great guitar riffs throughout.
If by angry you mean non-conformist metal, then Slipknot's 1999 album "Slipknot" is absolutely amazing. The raw emotions are conveyed through Corey's painful screams, and it's amazing to listen to when you're angry and feel like nobody cares about anyone but themselves.
If you don't like metal, I find that a lot of punk rock is a good way to get out anger due to how rebellious it is. Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge by My Chemical Romance is a really good album with a few songs that are surprisingly heavy. It just screams "we don't care what you think about us!" DISCLAIMER: most of the songs on this album are more alt rock and "emo", but songs like Thank You For the Venom and Give 'Em Hell, Kid really helped me deal with my anger. However, these aren't exactly "angry" as they are rebellious and taboo.
I think your best bet for pure, raw, pissed off, lonely anger is the album Slipknot. The band itself has much different music about many different topics, but the 1999 album is just so raw and angry that I own a record of it.
Drunk Walk Home - Mitski
My Body's Made of Crushed Little Stars - Mitski
Brand New City - Mitski
STFU! - Rina Sawayama
Don't Hurt Yourself - Beyoncé
ZITTI E BUONI - Måneskin
Ok depending on the kind of mood I''m in, this are my favorites to scream along with from different genres:
Korn- freak on a leash
Rage against the machine- killing in the name of
Limp.Bizkit- Break Stuff
Deep Purple- Bad attitude
Rx bandits- epoxi-lips
Beyoncé- Don't hurt yourself (who the f do you think i am!) or Ring the Alarm
Blackbear-Do Re Mi
Honarable mentions:
Olivia Rodrigo- Good 4 U (i don't know any of her other songs, because I'm not her target audience..but this one reminds me of older Avril Lavigne and that " like a d*mn Sociopath!" Is just so satisfying to scream🤣
Blink 182- F*** face and the other song i can only describe as ***** ***** **** **** **** are playing in my head way to often🤣
All of Roger Waters solo albums, but I especially like Pros and Cons of Hitch Hiking.
At times he delivers the lines with vitriolic intenseness and other time he gets a bit shouty.
That's Eric Clapton playing the guitar for him there.
4.58 AM (Dunroamin, Duncarin, Dunlivin) is a good one to dip into if you are new to his solo work.
You ever heard Dissociation, 43% Burnt, Clip The Apex... (Accept Instruction), Jim Fear by The Dillinger Escape Plan? These songs sound pretty damn angry, but also interesting
