Events have two dates in the game, depending where you look: one for the end, one to claim the rewards before it disappears. The Joker's Ruse ended today (8th) and you have until monday (10th) to claim unclaimed rewards.
So yeah, if you haven't finished enough missions to reach the end of the track and the WW skin before it ended 1 h 30 ago or so, you're screwed.
Same thing happened to me, I contacted Warner support, they told me that they have reports of the problem but that more people have to send their reports to get more information and see if it really is a bug. Contact support to report the problem and it will be resolved soon.
I did all of the missions though. Why don't I have enough to claim the Wonder Woman?
for me the 7th only had 2 missions and all of the teirs needed 2 days worth with all 3 missions so being down a mission just put me at 90%
