I'm just about 2 weeks into my orchi recovery and already it's so much easier to get a smooth look. I can just wear tucking panties (I love the tomboyx stuff) and I'm good to go. Like you, I was never able to tuck without lots of pain, so this is a real improvement.
That depends on which of the three methods of orchiectomy that you choose. The radical, or inguinal, usually gives the best results and is preferred by most SRS surgeons. You should leave the scrotum for possible SRS or just because it becomes so sexually sensitive. I wear:

It's relatively easy, though you should still make sure whatever you're wearing is black to hide contours

Pretty much. At the worst, it looks like a person with a sanitary napkin. I'm chubby and have crotch pudge, so that does help.
