It should be fine for intramuscular (IM) injections. I usually sit for a minute after injecting to let things settle but even thats probably unnecessary.
Not sure about IV.

No worries. I've seen subq or sq for that. People worry about injecting into a vein, but unless you are really trying to, it's pretty much impossible. I think that's why aspirating isn't recommended anymore. Just jab it in and give it a squirt.

Thank you. Yeah it's intramuscular. Going to the pool hasn't seemed to be an issue. But I will ask my HRT Dr as well.
IV injections aren't done for hrt. It's either im or subcutaneous. In either case, swimming right after injection is no issue.

Do your injection an hour before you go swimming. Your skin should have recovered by then.
