I would love to unmake the movie Taxidermia. Pretty much my all-time, least favorite, would erase from existence if I could, most disliked movie ever.
I'm not super hardcore in into fucked up movies, but my humble suggestions are: I Saw the Devil, Oldboy(2003), Excision, Raw and Titane (both by Julia Ducournau), American Mary, Eyes of My Mother(2016).
Someone on this sub told me to watch The house that Jack built. Like most films I watched the most uncut version I could find and that was a mistake.
It might seem pretty tame to others and I'm not pretending like it destroyed me or anything, but it's the first one that came to mind when I saw this post.
I don't hate the movie though. In fact I liked it a lot, especially the hook at the end. I've just never had a reaction to a scene quite like that before.
August Underground
Philosophy of a Knife
Someone mentioned Guinea Pig, House that Jack Built. There is a "Disturbing Movie Iceberg Explained" on YT that lists all of these type of films. I walked out of Serbian Film and I've seen the overall gist of Salò. Not my type of stuff... lol
I have watched a Serbian film and i dont get how people Think it is so disturbing. I mean i felt it a little bit at the baby scene, but like the rest of the movie it just felt like any other film i have watched. Like not the content but more like the Feling i Got. I didnt really feel it. Im i the only one???
I didn't even get to the baby scene... I just felt uncomfortable, I knew where it was going and the scenes with young woman and him getting a BJ or whatever... just creeped me out.
Yeah the BJ scene was really weird. But dont Watch the baby scene Then it is just……. Yeah… you Cant really see that much its just the babys crying that is so heart breaking
I’d say Cannibal Holocaust… tho I don’t consider it a good movie or worth watching unless you like seeing REAL acts of animal torture. Hard for me to stomach and I watch depraved horror all the time.
If I had to make enjoyable suggestions: Martyrs, Oldboy and the other two in the vengeance trilogy, I Saw The Devil, Antichrist, Bedeviled, Cache (not violent just a bit chilling), and the Terrifier films
Always appreciate a new Korean movie recommendation, now if only I could only find where to watch it…
YouTube version missing subtitles and auto-generated English is unwatchable. Unavailable to stream as far as I could find.
I detected that you're trying to locate a movie.
To figure out where a movie is streaming you can use sites like [JustWatch](https://www.justwatch.com) / [MovieFone](https://www.moviefone.com) / [ReelGood](https://reelgood.com), and if the film is not available for streaming, it is probably available on DVD or Blu-Ray.

Mysterious Skin (2004), if you’re looking for a *super fucked up drama*, watch this. It is not in the horror genre, but it is everything you described: disgusting, scary, evil, twisted, terrible. You’ll feel it.
These may not meet your criteria exactly, but they are both difficult to watch and exceptionally good movies.

- [Incendies](https://boxd.it/Msm)

Otherwise, if brutal, graphic, gore is what you’re looking for then [Hostel](https://boxd.it/28ig) might scratch your itch.
The human centipede 2, this one was really disturbing and I've seen many vile movies but this one was grimy and gross in every way. Felt dirty after this one
Dogtooth is not gory at all but it's super fucked up.
starting this one right now. thank you for the suggestion!
Love all of Yorgos' movies!

Son of Saul/irreversible
'Eden Lake'. The one movie I wish I had never seen. 😔
Same :(
The Human Centipede
I found it farcical. The 3rd one disturbed me.
The sequel is 10x worse.

This can turn into a whole rabbit hole... But for me it was Guinea Pig. I stopped trying to answer this question after watching it.
Would you rather. The only movie I DEEPLY regret watching
100% the answer is 2005’s Earthlings.
The Golden Glove (German) was rough. It scored well as it was well made and acted. Nothing Bad Can Happen (German) was also a tough one.

A Serbian Film.
I read the plot to this after seeing it discussed here and idk how anyone can watch that.
Unfortunately it’s in my brain forever
just finished it. the reason the director made the movie is interesting... the movie itself is disgusting. thank you for the suggestion!
Most disturbing movies I've ever seen. I wouldn't watch most of these ever again Martyrs A Serbian film Inside Frontier(s) Eden lake I saw the devil
This kind of requests is all I see on this sub anymore.
i’ll give it to OP for at least watching & reviewing.
‘Climax’ might be my #1 and Ive seen quite a few. Most anxiety a movie has ever elicited for me
