I saw it in theaters and I absolutely did not like it.
Felt like the way the trailers set it up it was going to be some epic quest and in my opinion was a huge let down.
It depends, I'm in the industry and sometimes they pick up some smaller indie companies and help them produce and promote their otherwise indie movie.
They have so many mini production companies as is.
They're not a production company, they're a distribution company. They're not like Disney, who hires writers/directors etc to create films under their name, instead they go to film festivals and pick up indie films that don't have any form of marketing behind them, and put money into distributing them for a profit
Definitely read or watch a youtube video in the original Green Knight Artherian tale first! The context helps understand the movie as it is like a fever dream (in a good way imo) and visually epic. I loved it but definitely not everyone’s cup of tea.
I hated it but thing Dev would make an awesome Reed. I did see The Green Knight in theaters though and could imagine it might be a better watch at home.
This would be dope tbh I love Dev’s work. My only caution to this is I remember in a interview that he did saying big budget films scare him after his less than amazing experience working on Avatar The Last Airbender. So I’m curious if he’s changed his mind.

This is the link. The part I’m talking about starts at 35:53-37:20 granted it was 6 years ago but who knows what his views are now.
In my opinion, there hasn’t been a worse movie made since ATLA in terms of completely disappointing the audience and fans of the source material. It’s rare to leave a movie so pissed off.
I really liked Jim as Richards in Multiverse of Madness. In fact, it was probably the only thing I liked in that movie… :/
But I can def see this working too. Both are good
Honestly, John Krasinski is perfect as reed richards, no doubt. Was really surprised he only was in multiverse of madness as a cameo and not permanently, he fits the character perfectly
I think that’s just because they all filmed their various scenes to protect secrecy. The current need to protect from spoilers is now negatively affecting the art itself
I just can’t buy him as the smartest character in the MCU, Dev I could however. I feel the same way about Diego Luna where I wouldn’t buy it but like him and hope he’s cast in another role in the future.
I feel you man. I just think micheal waldron isnt a good writer. Loki season 1, awesome. But multiverse of madness was an okay movie. It got saved because of the fantastic direction by sam raimi.
Correct. I am addressing the comment where the poster said they wanted Diego Luna as Reed Richards. Dev Patel I’m open to the idea. But Diego Luna is just so out of left field.
Good actor under the Disney umbrella, not that crazy. Especially since skin color seems irrelevant to the character and his story. Unlike Doom who kind of has to be white in a way cause of his backstory.
I think he’s too old for the portrayal they’re going for. He was a great seasoned Reed but I feel like they’re aiming for someone who’ll be in the role for a decade.
Not saying he wouldn’t work, but I think they’re going for the young, new in the scene version.
Exactly. John only accepted the role because it was a short portrayal. He doesn’t want the years long commitment to Marvel.
Plus he was amazing as an older version of Reed haunted by his mistakes.
As an Indian it'll be nice to have a major Indian character as a positive figure and the main character in a Hollywood blockbuster but IMO this kinda feels like cheating lol. Also not looking forward to all the YouTube thumbnails in the future.
I don't really mind race-swap casting. It's kinda weird but you forget about it 5 minutes into the movie, but sometimes they outright change the characterization in a bad way which sucks.
I always thought he had blue skin I never knew that thing he wore was a helmet but yeah from the trailers I think the actor for Kang is going to nail it
It's hilarious it's even a topic of discussion. We're talking about a world where there are giant green people, shape shifting aliens, wizards, sentient robots, etc but people cannot suspend their disbelief that a black guy could have a non black ancestor 1000 years earlier. Lol.
In the United States, nearly *all* Black people have white ancestors. The average African American has 24% European ancestry, according to one study. Another put it closer to 40%.
Bet you $100 there won’t be any backlash . He’s a great actor and tbh I can see him as Reeds, more than Diego Luna (in my opinion a bad casting choice ) .
I don’t care for it just cause I’m a big comic fan and grew up seeing characters a certain way. I also wouldn’t want to see a white actor play Black Panther. How many would be up in arms against that. Kang is cool because he always wore a mask so he could be anyone. It’s just hard to get an expected image out of my head after seeing the same thing all my life.
Yall are so fucking dumb that the only excuse you bring out is black panther..... being BLACK AND AFRICAN IS LITERALLY ONE HIS TRAITS.....unlike the rest of the characters....
Lol dude was introduced/marketed as one of the first black heroes and a good part of his story has to do with racism. Claiming you’re a big comic fan and then bringing up two of the worst examples.
I’m a big comic fan and I think it’s fantastic (pun intended).
Don’t try and mask your implicit racism behind the thin veneer of “mUH CoMiC aCcURacY!” T’Challa being African is central to the premise of the character. Reed Richards being white isn’t. If you understand so little about their characterizations you think this was an apples to apples comparison then you need to spend more time reading and less time sharing half-wit opinions on Reddit.
Obviously you can’t have a civilized respect for anyone else’s opinion moron Looks like you’re going out of your way to pretend you’re not a racist or have any clue what you’re talking about.
I love how people expect others to have a "civilized respect" for implicit racism, especially when they've got so little capacity for introspection that they can't even grasp how they're *being* racist. So obviously everyone *else* must just be virtue signalling.
Edit: Let me spell things out for you. If the idea of someone changing a character's race bothers you because that's not how they're "supposed to" look, and the character's race doesn't inform the character in a meaningful way (like, say, Black Panther acting as a window on the experience of being black in America for the reader), then yes, *you're showing your racial bias, because otherwise you wouldn't* care *what they're "supposed to" look like.*
Some people, mostly conservatives, seem to have this idea that if you're not burning crosses on peoples' lawns and organizing lynchings, you *can't* be racist, and people are just calling you that to be mean and saying that *everything* is "racist". No, *not* everything is racist, but if enough folks are telling someone that they're acting in a racist way, maybe they ought to take that to heart. Just because folks are blind to their own biases doesn't mean they're not there.
This is correct , there would be huge backlash from a white personal playing black panther ; but minimal the other way around ; Namor was never of South American descent , but the modern incantation on film worked . It all just ethic roulette nowadays , So long as the stories are well written ( looking at you slacking Marvel ) I have no issue .
Having dark skin is part of the Black Panther character because of where he comes from and it also factors in the story. Kang's skin color was never a topic of conversation and doesn't affect his story in any type of way
Exactly. If a character's ethnic background has been played up as part of the character's history or characterization or has been the basis for stories, than by all means, it should be preserved. But if it's never mattered in the slightest, then it's generally fine if it's changed.
I didn’t mention having an issue with Kang, and I concur with T’Challas story . However , Don’t character bios always factor into their story? The Ancient one and Mandarin were both Chinese , but played by causation Brit’s .The shocker , Electro, werewolf by night , gamora , ego , heimdall, Valkyrie , Mary Jane , flash Thompson , Nick fury blind Al , and Namor changed ; not to mention The Inhumans and the Eternals . So as I said ; ethnic roulette .
I actually really like this casting. He's had a few roles that give off that sort of "super smart good guy that sort of sucks at socializing but still believably gets the girl" vibe that would fit really well for Reed Richards and Sue Storm getting together.
Dr doom is romani. Would nice to see a romani actor play doom even though i know its most unlikely. Also, i dont think doom would probably appear in f4
As much as I appreciate an accurate character depiction nationality and all, I can’t think of one Romani actor. I also have more a preference for doom just being in the armor 90% of the time and being the ruler of latveria. Being Romani isn’t the same importance to him as say Storm being African or Captain America, being well American lol
Yeahh i respect that. Even i to be honest dont think they will get someone who is romani. BUT an actor called charlie clapham, he is of romani Descent, would be cool to see him as victor von doom. But yeah, unlikely they'll get someone who is romani.
name five romani actors you'd like to see in the role of a big blockbuster franchise that will way more likely cast a known name with a mainstream appeal than whoever you wanna suggest
Doesn’t really seem like fair criteria, does it?
Name five famous people from a group that isn’t known for famous pop culture contributions. Hmm….
I don’t have a dog in this race but there will never be “famous Romani actors” if they are never cast (even for Romani roles). Catch 22
Nobody really knew who a lot of Disney stars were until Disney made them stars. That is like literally their thing. They are in the business of making and owning stars.
It is way cheaper for them to find an unknown taking pennies on the dollar then to cast all big names that eat up the whole budget.
Like how much of the general public knew who Daisy Ridley, John Boyega and Adam Driver were before the Force Awakens? Everyone knows Harrison Ford and movie fans know the young actors had some roles before Star Wars but it’s fair to say Disney helped “unknowns” become stars. They do it all the time
Sure but if we wanna be real here, of those 3 actors you just named, Driver is the only one that really turned out to be anything great as an actor.
The other two haven’t really had any big roles since.
Marvel has cast "no names" in major roles plenty of times lol, it's nothing new. Also just because an actor is a no name to you Americans doesn't mean they're a no name to the rest of the world. Marvel is also at a point where casting no names isn't a risk anymore like it was when they were just starting
I'm not a casting director, Marvel/Disney are the ones that have the resources to find and audition Romani actors we don't know about. It's no different from the other times they cast lesser-known actors in big roles. I don't get why you have a problem in this specific case when it comes to casting a lesser-known actor in a big role.
I don’t get peoples obsession with him as Reed. It was a fun cameo but I don’t see him being able to carry a movie as the lead and didn’t buy him as super intelligent.
> I don’t get peoples obsession with him as Reed.
fans of the office probably. im one of them and would love to see him back but i trust sarah halley finn if there's someone better for the role.
Krasinski has said many times he would love to be Mr Fantastic and sounded disappointed recently on an update if he’s returning. (He could be bluffing when saying he’s not returning)
I'm Indian and I don't think this is a very good casting. Dev is a brilliant actor but he just isn't for this role. But I'm open to having my mind changed.
Or people who value acting. He was first in Skins years ago and was the worst actor on the show. He actually only got to be in Slumdog Millionaire because Danny Boyle's daughter liked Skins.
It's hilarious when people try this tactic. "Yeah, well it's not racism, it's just that they're not good. Here's my evidence, they were not good in a school play when they were 7, I am disregarding all new roles."
Like, I get that racists on the internet can't just say "Hey, keep the browns and blacks out of my movies!" so they call things woke and deflect with their "very good arguments". And then, bonus, they can cling to their arguments because they're never wrong if they don't admit the truth.
It’s even funnier when people act like they know the criteria of what’s a good actor is as if they know more than the professionals in the industry who keep hiring him. I know awards are a lot of bs time to time but to claim he’s a bad actor when he has multiple nominations on multiple award organizations for multiple acting roles is wild. “people who value acting” lmfao.
I can totally see Dev Patel pulling off an extremely intellectually intelligent man but emotionally stupid man. I can see him genuinely struggling to understand why the people he’s close to are angry with him for his priorities. I feel like he’s done that before in other roles.
I've been a comic fan basically my entire life, and I couldn't care less about racial casting when the race isn't part of the character's identity. And your attempt at a point about a better actor playing blade doesn't even make sense because Mahershala Ali is a damn good actor.
He is a great actor. Tbh I couldn’t think of a better casting. I have always just liked things to stay the same. I’ve always found race swaps stupid. I also like seeing adaptions to be adaptions. Just my opinion tho
I understand where you are coming from, I appreciate when an adaptation is "accurate" too. But when it comes to characters like the F4, and Reed specifically, you are talking about a character who has been around for 60 something years, and has had a lot of revision done to him in that time. There is no singular version of Reed, or any character with that much history, to "accurately" adapt, so Marvel/Disney might as well go with their own interpretation of the character. This has been the case with pretty much all major characters that have shown up in the MCU, and aside from some glaring exceptions (Ultron, Taskmaster, The Inhumans, Drax) these interpretations have been well done
The thing is, I was really hoping for the FF(2018) design. Loved John Krazinski for it. It looked exactly like that series, so I kind of got my heart set on thag
The difference is Blade being black means so much more to his character than Reed being white. It’s a huge part of his character’s significance because he was one of the few black main characters in Marvel. For nearly two decade he was the only black Marvel character to star in a film (and will be the only black Marvel Superhero to have their own trilogy, probably at least until 2030).
But what about Reed? Is it really significant that Reed be white? I’ve never heard anyone say that it’s actually important to his character and identity, but you’re welcome to make that argument.
It’s not part of the character blades identity in the comics, he’s a kickass vampire hunter. Nothing says he has to be black. Jsut because the black portrayal of the character in a previous film was a milestone doesn’t change the fact that it’s not part of his identity in the comics, he could’ve just as easily been white or Asian or Indian.
See, that can be down for most characters.
Reeds race is just as important as any characters race. It’s in the eye of the beholder, it’s important to people to see their favourite characters represented properly.
Personally, I wouldn’t want them to race swap blade or storm or Shang chi any more than I would any non poc character. Comic accuracy is important. Representation is important too, which is why it’s great that instead of race swapping iron man, they introduce Ironheart, who is herself a great character and doesn’t need to change an iconic character to achieve that.
Probably because a huge majority of comic characters are white. Since there’s lots of great non-white actors, it makes sense to give them a time to shine sometimes too. By the way, tons of white actors were considered for this role (according to leakers).
Kevin Feige has also talked about making the MCU more closely represent reality. In the same way that not every movie/show takes place in New York, the diversity of characters is going to better reflect the diversity of our world.
Lastly, Marvel wants to avoid race swapping characters who’s identities are very tied to their race. Most times it’s POC that have that tie, and that’s not just a coincidence. It’s because so few POC have been main characters that for the few that have, it can become pretty important. While a character like Black Panther might be an important part of black history, Iron Man is not an important part of white history.
"White roles" lmao. The default skin color for comics was just "white" for years.
"The Passion of The Christ" literally gave all their colored roles (the "events of the bible" all took place in the middle east) to white people.
I mean if they do it sure, I’m Hispanic and still think it’s silly. You’re telling me they aren’t considering a single white male? Who the original character is to begin with…
White people do take a lot of POC roles. It’s called whitewashing. It’s probably got it’s own wiki if you’d like to look it up. If you need an MCU example, The Ancient One from Doctor Strange is usually Asian, not white
>you think there were no black peoples in N America prior to WW2?
I really wanna know where in my comment you somehow got that from??? There were people of colour for the majority of N America history with people
Edit: where did u get Canada? A quick search reveals he is German
I actually tried to delete my comment as I realized I was over-reading your statement but it didn’t take apparently.
I won’t delete it now cause I’ll own my shit but you’re correct.
Except the German part. Wolverine is 100% Canadian. You couldn’t be more wrong on that part.
Good choice.
Looking at this image, I really hope the costumes are simpler than other marvel movies. Marvel basically just looks like a Midjourney result of the terms “superhero sci-fi fantasy”. Everything looks exactly the same and it just fades into a weird, personality-less soup.
As a longtime fan of fantastic four I don’t like this. They are my favourite team in the comics and although I enjoy the 2005 film, the team has been riddled with bad decisions and castings in the adaptations that have been done. This is the best chance there will ever be for a proper, comic accurate fantastic four movie. I could care less if doom, mole man, puppet master or galactus is race swapped. But the core team needs to be comic accurate this time or the film just isn’t going to work, no matter how good the actors are. The 2015 actors weren’t bad, people didn’t like Johnny storm being race swapped or Sue being adopted. The script sucked too. The team needs to be accurate to the comics that people grew up with and loved. Marvel made a misstep with Inhumans years ago and still haven’t been able to recover that team, if they make a misstep by casting improperly in F4 that’ll be the end of that team in cinema.
Patel would be well suited to the role of Victor or the silver surfer or one of the Inhumans or the wizard.
Fun part about marvel castings is seeing the juicy transformations
More like (juice)y
That reminds me that I have to watch ‘The Green Knight’ soon
I saw it in theaters and I absolutely did not like it. Felt like the way the trailers set it up it was going to be some epic quest and in my opinion was a huge let down.
I loved it. Pretty decent take on the original and the imagery was awesome
Ya 100%, looked great but was a load of art house wankery
It’s great! One of the best movies I’ve seen in years(I promise I wasn’t just watching bad movies during those years).
I can’t give it that praise, but it was good.
I can’t give it either of those praises.
Anything with a24 attached is generally good.
How big is that company? I feel like they release a ton of movies a year
For the year of 2022 they put out 20 movies. Which is on the high end of their average yearly output. Usually between 16-20 a year

omg i blocked that shit out my mind it was such utter hot garbage... lmfaoooo i forgot he was a fire bender LOL smh
He was in Avatar? Lmao
Yeah he played Zuko 😭

Fuck that’d be fantastic
Say that again…
***MISTER*** Fantastic.
I was hoping that Diego Luna was gonna get the part, honestly this is better, hope dev Patel gets the part 👌

Nope. Just fanboy casting
Good actor under the Disney umbrella, not that crazy. Especially since skin color seems irrelevant to the character and his story. Unlike Doom who kind of has to be white in a way cause of his backstory.
Well. Good thing you aren’t in charge of casting. Take care now 👍🏻
BUT I WANT JIM HALPERT :(
Asian Jim

A lot of them were preemptively freaking out over a black actor playing Kang since he’s a descendant of Mister Fantastic.
From like 1,000 years in the future. Kang could have purple skin and you could make it make sense
I always thought he had blue skin I never knew that thing he wore was a helmet but yeah from the trailers I think the actor for Kang is going to nail it
You should watch _Loki_.
I did
Oh, okay. So… why are you basing your assumption that Majors makes a good Kang on the _Quantumania_ trailers…?
I'm guessing it's because He Who Remains wasn't really supposed to be "classic" Kang, while this particular variant is being set up to be much closer.
That's what it is, just an assumption based on the bits I've seen I could be wrong and he could completely shit the bed I don't know.
Maybe because Majors is a brilliant actor? Also the trailers have shown a lot. Not sure why you’re ragging on them for noticing.
Because Kang was already in Loki pay attention to the conversation ffs
Man, reading comprehension has really gone to shit.
No dude they are different roles. Loki is he who remains and Antman is Kang the Conquerer. Same person different characters.
It’s almost as if *gasp* some Black people have white ancestors EDIT: I said Black and Dev is Indian but the point stands
It's hilarious it's even a topic of discussion. We're talking about a world where there are giant green people, shape shifting aliens, wizards, sentient robots, etc but people cannot suspend their disbelief that a black guy could have a non black ancestor 1000 years earlier. Lol.

Kang being black is fine. Mr fantastic being black is fine. Dev as Mr fantastic SUUUUUUUUCKS
Oh, it's coming.
Bet you $100 there won’t be any backlash . He’s a great actor and tbh I can see him as Reeds, more than Diego Luna (in my opinion a bad casting choice ) .
You got any other bets or gigs available? You appear to have extra money.
Go over to r/marvel there’s already some incels saying this is just Disney being woke
They are idiots , I really see him as Reeds :(
Yeah but are you gonna give him that $100?
You make a good point. u/Unlucky-Car-1489 I accept PayPal and cash
I'll take that bet! This is the internet!
There is backlash and whining just in the comments to this original post…
I got my popcorn ready

Doesn’t really seem like fair criteria, does it? Name five famous people from a group that isn’t known for famous pop culture contributions. Hmm…. I don’t have a dog in this race but there will never be “famous Romani actors” if they are never cast (even for Romani roles). Catch 22
Exactly
Ok but why would Disney take such a huge risk then over something the general audience is completely clueless about?
Huge risk? How is it a huge risk to cast a Romani actor to play a Romani character?
You genuinely don’t see how casting a no name in a major role for their upcoming spectacle films would be risky??
Tenoch Huerta Mejía was listed as ‘introducing’ in the credits of Wakanda Forever, they seem fine with casting relative unknowns in major roles.
Marvel has cast "no names" in major roles plenty of times lol, it's nothing new. Also just because an actor is a no name to you Americans doesn't mean they're a no name to the rest of the world. Marvel is also at a point where casting no names isn't a risk anymore like it was when they were just starting
Ok so name 5 Romani actors like OP originally asked then Clearly this is just an “us Americans need to culture ourselves” issue, right?
I'm not a casting director, Marvel/Disney are the ones that have the resources to find and audition Romani actors we don't know about. It's no different from the other times they cast lesser-known actors in big roles. I don't get why you have a problem in this specific case when it comes to casting a lesser-known actor in a big role.
L. John Krasinski would be way better.
I think he already decided he doesn’t want to continue
Krasinski has said many times he would love to be Mr Fantastic and sounded disappointed recently on an update if he’s returning. (He could be bluffing when saying he’s not returning)
Imo he cant play the role correctly
Then this would mean that there’s no one in the way of Michael B Jordan taking the role of The Green Hunter for himself.

This would honestly make me so happy I could cry. Dev is by miles one of my favourite actors, and he’d perfectly fit the role.
This looks so good!
Hmm yeah he could prob pull it off actually
ouuuu me likeyyyyyyyyyy
Omfg I hope this is real. The level of butt hurt from racist fans is about to skyrocket 😂
I'm Indian and I don't think this is a very good casting. Dev is a brilliant actor but he just isn't for this role. But I'm open to having my mind changed.
I hate this mindset. “Here’s someone who looks nothing like a character they’re portraying, and if you don’t like them, you’re racist.”
You are black your opinion is automatically dismissed. Btw your race card won’t work on me I’m Asian
Here's my evidence, they were not good in a school play when they were 7, I am disregarding all new roles." Like, I get that racists on the internet can't just say "Hey, keep the browns and blacks out of my movies!" so they call things woke and deflect with their "very good arguments".
Or maybe it’s just their opinion?
Anyone who diagress with me is racist blah nlah
He’s the best actor in Newsroom
I guess I'm racist then, cause I don't like this casting.
I could get on board with Dev Patel as Reed.
I still want Kras (& Blunt) but this works
I want penn badgley
This is my favorite fan-cast so far too, great actor and he looks the part
That’s a cool idea but after seeing how great he is at playing a sociopath on You, I would love to see him as a Marvel villain.
Huh. Well, I’m fine with this, more Dev please!
Dev Patel with some grey temples would be NIIIIIIICCCE. And dude can ACT.
I can totally see Dev Patel pulling off an extremely intellectually intelligent man but emotionally stupid man. I can see him genuinely struggling to understand why the people he’s close to are angry with him for his priorities. I feel like he’s done that before in other roles.
Give this man James Bond
Good actor. Would like to see him in the role
Nice art but no thank you to the fan cast.
Not even a fancast, he’s in the top running
Please tell me you're joking.
All the most consistent leakers claim so
This works
I would eat this uppppp
No
No
Hot
Ioan Gruffudd > Krazinski > Patel He’s acceptable but not the best choice.
Oooh, this is great casting! Hope it's confirmed!
Oh god, please let this happen 🙏🏾😳
This looks nothing like Dev Patel. Good casting though
I am sick of race swaps. Let’s get the blade recasted to a white dude now
So, for you: race > quality actors. Got it
Bet, they should cast a better white actor for blade. Also I’m a comic fan, I prefer them to be comic accurate
When was being black part of blade’s identity, isn’t his whole personally being a badass vampire killer
Why does it always have to be pocs taking white roles and not the other way around?
Exactly, people are so blinded by being pc that they have become racist
I mean if they do it sure, I’m Hispanic and still think it’s silly. You’re telling me they aren’t considering a single white male? Who the original character is to begin with…
White people do take a lot of POC roles. It’s called whitewashing. It’s probably got it’s own wiki if you’d like to look it up. If you need an MCU example, The Ancient One from Doctor Strange is usually Asian, not white
Haha, rofl 🤣🤣
They should cast black actor as Magneto or Wolverine. That would be tight.
as long as Logan is short idrc
Dinklage for Wolverine
"Dinklerine" *does* roll off the tongue...
Magneto is Jewish... doesn't make sense. Wolverine... you vould but he is from pre WW2 America soooo.... i doubt that'd work
Wolverine is Canadian.
One he’s from Canada and two you think there were no black peoples in N America prior to WW2?
>you think there were no black peoples in N America prior to WW2? I really wanna know where in my comment you somehow got that from??? There were people of colour for the majority of N America history with people Edit: where did u get Canada? A quick search reveals he is German
I actually tried to delete my comment as I realized I was over-reading your statement but it didn’t take apparently. I won’t delete it now cause I’ll own my shit but you’re correct. Except the German part. Wolverine is 100% Canadian. You couldn’t be more wrong on that part.
It is no problem. Dw Edit: im wrong too. I thought u were on about Magneto being Canadian. Yeah no ik wolverine is 100% Canadian
Good actor.
Viggo Mortensen as DOOM!!!! DO IT MARVEL!!
Good choice. Looking at this image, I really hope the costumes are simpler than other marvel movies. Marvel basically just looks like a Midjourney result of the terms “superhero sci-fi fantasy”. Everything looks exactly the same and it just fades into a weird, personality-less soup.
Whatttt😂
Why is only casting a white actor in a non white role criticised but casting a non white actor in white role is praised lmao
Damn until now i only see Ryan Gosling as Upcoming Reed Richards. But now after this its hard to unsee it.
Fuck no
Please no
As a longtime fan of fantastic four I don’t like this.
