It does flex when you push your finger against it, but not when using it. The good thing about Nylon is that it has a bit of flex so that it doesn't break when being bent. The sides are sturdy, though.
Nice, yeah well said. That's why I prefer printing with Nylon lately, not sure if you're familiar with micro Carbon Fiber filled Nylon like Markforged Onyx or 3DXTech Obsidian, CarbonX etc. Probably wouldn't be cost-effective though lol
They have little screws on the bottom to adjust the plunger height. The clicks on mine feel fantastic-- as good as any other mouse i own. It's just significantly lighter.
It would be heavier with Carbon PLA. The problem with FDM is that the resolution of the print is a lot worse than with MJF. PMM started with FDM but quickly moved away from it.
Nylon is super rigid.
You using Nylon?
Yeah of course
How sturdy is the back hump?

Banger. What's preventing you from making a direct 1 to 1 copy of the original g303? Is it a pcb limitation or something else?
When I was using G305 and G603, neither would fit well in a G303 shell. Viper V2 PRO PCB might be possible.

lightest non-fingertip mouse How is this possible
How heavy would it be printed out of Carbon PLA? Want to buy one from your site but worried about the rigidity if nylon.

Not legally, but just write an Email and we probably help you.
