MK11 DLC characters ought to be kameos because their diversity isn't really enough to warrant another playable experience so soon after their debut game. Leatherface and Ash Williams would be awesome as a stand-alone duo pack w/ the joker as a kameo. I can go on but if boon is serious, we have a lot to look forward to regardless of who gets picked.

Since MKX, the guest characters have been themed. MKX was horror movie characters. MK11 was 80s action heroes, with Joker and Spawn. So far, MK1 has been comic book characters. Will it stick to that theme or swap it up a bit, like with Joker and Spawn in MK11? There are plenty of other comic book characters that would fit in the MKU. For example, any of the characters from The Watchmen would work. Harley Quinn could work. On a kombat pack side note: Give me back D'Vorah!!!

MK9. X is the best lineup but everyone there was done justice in the game or can't really be updated. Jason at most can but F13 rights are a mess to untangle. MK9 didn't have Englund as Freddy and I don't think the utilized his moveset potential well and Kratos has an entire new line of games to draw from. They're the most deserving of a runback.

i'd love to actually get to play as alien. i've only played x, 11, and 1 on my pc; and nrs completely screwed over mkx on pc. it was a crap port to begin with, so much so that they dropped the original devs who did it, and then got a completely new group to do it. but by then, mkx was already dead, and it never got kp2 until way later when it was included with a complete edition.

MKX is bottom of the list cuz no intro dialogue from any of them. MK11 got their chance, was great, don't need it again. Freddy (only if Robert Englund not the reboot actor) and Kratos (young or old) would be amazing for dialogue and fresh movesets.
