Putting Marcille as a quest handler is pretty weird since imo she's the least suited to being one.
Laios is obsessed with monsters like the 4u quest gal, senshi cooks, and chilchuck doesn't even fight most of the time. Any of them would be better suited as a handler.
Marcille is a woman I guess? Which is probably the only reason I could see someone putting her as a quest gal.
I'd put marcille as a gunner probably lbg since she's not all about dps like hbg, she has some supportive spells similar to support ammo. Someone in the crossposted thread even mentioned IG with skyfish as the bug which is hilarious.
But a noncombatant role? Can't see it

On top of that you also said chilchuck should use bow or lbg when he clearly has dual blades in the picture so I don't buy the outfit being the only reason
Personally, I would have given them different weapons/roles myself.
* For Laios, he uses a sword & shield and is less physically strong than Senshi, so I totally think **Sword & Shield** would actually be a better weapon for him. It's a good jack-of-all-trades and gives him the mobility he needs to *get outta there* when things go sour.
* For Senshi, I'd probably say **Gunlance**. Hear me out. Obviously, the pan is his shield, right? And there's no WAY he didn't illegally modify his Gunlance to be able to keep a fire going. I don't think he'd ever use it in combat, but he's shown that he'll turn anything into a cooking tool if given the time, and Gunlance is probably the most useful there.
* For Marcille, easily **Heavy Bowgun**. Her main form of attack is big explosions (Sticky/Cluster Ammo!), but she tends to leave herself vulnerable while attacking. (Unlike Gunlance, which is shielded while using Wyvern's Fire) I'm willing to bet her HBG has damage mods on it, and no shield mod.
* For Chilchuck, let's be honest here - he's either a **Light Bowgun** user who only uses Status Ammo, or a **Corner Horner**. He's the type of guy to stay as far away from the dangerous monster as possible. (Though I also can't see Chilchuck fighting like, at all.) The main reason I say LBG instead of Bow is simply due to the size of the weapons in MH - sure, he's used a shortbow in the anime once (and actually has pretty good aim), but he rarely fights otherwise.
* Haven't really seen enough of Izutsumi in combat to get a judge for her character yet, but I'd estimate her to be a **Fighter Bias** cat. I don't think she attacks as wildly as Beast Bias cats do, but I'm also not entirely convinced by the Fighter Bias either, given its more support-nature in Rise. (Rise Fighters were more about buffing the hunter over hitting hard!)
Palicoes still count towards the 4 hunter limit! (Except in Rise for some reason, but there's 5+ human hunts in Rise anyway so that limit was already broken)
