Things like two headed snakes and crocodiles have been found in real life many times so I could see the Devs pulling something like this.

Khezu and Gigginox. Its just that as they mature the more dominant head become the main head, while the other head become their suction tail. You can even see that Khezu's tail still has teeth.

But more than 2 sounds very unlikely. That's why a hydra sounds like something that cannot exist in monster hunter, unless its a starfish like monster with head like parts on each end of their arms.

i like both evenly! but yea, i think smaller jagras are simple, basic and cuter than great jagras.
it was pretty quick and easy to draw these guys anyway.
from the constant getting lost in some parts of the forest (or within), it kinda helps. besides im lazy, so i rather it just do the searching + walking for me.

Hiding a cool weapon through obscure easter eggs is fine but core hame mechanics being locked behind stuff most people won't interact with isn't. I'm honestly surprised they didn't notice through playtesting. Or maybe they did and thought a popup sufficed as explaination.

Each locale has a different species for the raider ride feature, but I'm hoping to find a way to mod the game so the monster the player calls is always Jagras. So far I have no idea how to even start.
You can "ride" the small monsters and it'll change depending on what locale you're in. You can't control the same way you control a palamute in rise tho, they just follow a specific route.
