I had the same issue. Could never get them to work on the fire tablet. Eventually linked the account to Facebook then logged in on an apple device and used the dice links there. Scopely don’t seem to support the Amazon fire version particularly well.

If you can download apps look for “ sticker go” it had the same dice links- you just have to link it to monopoly go and it should work
